Land's End 10 is a spacious 3-story townhome in the Land's End complex. Situated just across the street from The Village, you can enjoy the convenience of a large private home while still being within 5-minutes of all the activities Snowshoe has to offer!

The main level features a master bedroom, a shared full bathroom off the kitchen, large living area with a 65" TV and a wood-burning fireplace (complimentary firewood provided by the HOA), a newly updated kitchen, and a deck for outdoor enjoyment! The top floor offers a bunk room with two twin/twin bunk beds. Downstairs on the bottom floor, you will find three additional bedrooms, one of which is a spacious master suite with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen-size beds and share a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also access to the backyard off the hallway!
**Please Note: This home has a separate apartment attached to the home. Guests will not have access to the apartment, and the apartment does not have access to the home.
**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.
A Few Notes to Mention
Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location, there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please be sure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.

At Elevation Vacation Rentals we know how important connectivity is – even while vacationing – which is why we offer free WIFI at all our properties.

Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your hub for important (and helpful!) information regarding your stay. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with the door code, Wi-Fi, and home location information.

This property is dangerous and completely unsuitable for families with children. We booked expecting a luxury experience, but instead found conditions that put health and safety at serious risk.Major issues:Severe Mold & Water Damage: The downstairs bathroom reeked of mildew, and cabinets were covered in black and green mold—serious respiratory hazard.Flooded Bedroom: The lower-level bedroom floor was soaked, buckling and damaging belongings. Standing water breeds bacteria and mold.No Hot Water: The only tub had no hot water, making basic hygiene impossible. My daughter became ill and couldn’t bathe.Electrical Hazards: Exposed wiring near the washer/dryer and an uncovered kitchen outlet posed electrocution risks.Fire Safety Failures: No smoke alarm in the main living area and no stove exhaust fan—critical safety features missing.Unsafe Back Door: No handles, sharp edges cut my fingers. Imagine a child trying to open that.Tripping Hazard: Loose carpet on the bottom stair created a fall risk.Poor Cleaning: A vape pen was found inside the sofa—unacceptable for a family rental.Some bedrooms had no heat for days, and the electrical panel was locked in another unit we couldn’t access. We received less than 1% of the total cost as compensation—an insult given these conditions.This property is not safe for anyone, especially children. Until it undergoes full inspection and remediation for mold, electrical, and fire safety compliance, do not rent this home.

Great location

Loved that it was across the road from the village. Also close to the slopes. The place was great for me to hang with the littles, while the others went skiing. This was our second year in this place. Will rent again next year.

Great Location. Poor communication.

Just finished a great New Year’s stay at Snowshoe. We loved the location of this rental - it is walking distance to the slopes (even in ski boots - if you don’t mind the steps). We also enjoyed the layout, dual refrigerators, large comfortable couch, and ample number of bedrooms. Unfortunately, not everything was great. There was a broken window (would not close) in the master bedroom. It was very windy and cold during our stay - so this was problematic. We tried contacting the emergency number several times about the broken window, but were only able to leave a message, and no one ever called back or came to check it. Other things to note (for awareness of other renters) - there are no smoke detectors in the house, part of the house still looks like it is in the process of remodeling (exposed wires in upstairs bedroom, broken towel rack in the master bath, etc), and at least 4 lamps had no lightbulbs in them. Closing on a positive note, It snowed while we were there, and the neighborhood was plowed quickly. Overall, great location, just poor communication.

Great Rental for Friends or Family

The pictures don’t do this rental justice! The space was just enough for 9-10 adults and a couple of pets. There is a large deck that can be accessed through the kitchen. There were a couple of broken towel racks, but everything else was in working order. It is somewhat of a trek with your ski/snowboard gear on, but definitely doable. Would definitely stay again!

When we checked in at 4:30, we found that the microwave, the ceiling light in the kitchen, and the internet were not working and there was no fan above the stove. We felt like a breaker may have tripped, we looked everywhere for the breaker box but could not find one. We started looking for an extension cord to plug the internet into a working outlet and were lucky to find one on one of the tvs in a guest room. At this point we were able to call the property management company to tell them of our issues. They said they would have someone there to check it out. No one came. We called the following day and they said they were aware of our issues and someone would be there. No one came. On Saturday we did not call because they knew our issues still no one came. Not even a phone call or follow up of any sort. Finally on our last day we called again, the maintenance person showed up at 3:45pm. He said there was nothing he could do because the breaker box was in the converted garage and the property management company did not have access to that part of the property. Wow kind of crazy! As much as we liked the location it seemed that there were some DIY projects in the kitchen that were a bit sketchy. Would not stay here again.

View was great but otherwise .....

Property was under renovation, with debris in front yard, paint stored, etc. Switches didn't work, lights didn't work, exposed conductors, grinder pump on bottom floor wasn't functioning properly, etc. The most glaring issue was two of the three bottom steps were broken and two people fell with one injured enough that they didn't ski.

Amazing place to stay. The place is actually much better in person than the pictures show. Amazing back porch with stunning view, very spacious 3 level town home and an awesome fireplace. Walkable to the village and the slopes.

Gorgeous view and convenient location

The townhouse is clean, well furnished with gorgeous view. It is cross street from Monkey Powder, so if you don’t want wait for shuttle you can just walk up to the ski area. We enjoyed the stay! Ps. our dog enjoyed the stay too!
