Located in Snowmass Village, this property offers direct access to one of Colorado’s premier mountain resorts. This location provides easy access to the to the slopes, Snowmass Mall & Base Village where guests can enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and and village amenities. In the winter, Snowmass offers world-class skiing and snowboarding across the mountain’s expansive terrain. In the summer, the area transforms into a hub for hiking, mountain biking, outdoor concerts, festivals, and family-friendly activities.

Getting Around:

The shuttle to the mountain comes every 15 minutes and stops directly in front of the building. The shuttle will bring you to the Gondola and Base Village or Snowmass Mall. In both directions, the shuttle stops at Snowmass Shopping Center, right next door, where Clark's Market the only grocery store in Snowmass.

Spring break

Our family of five adults and one child spent six wonderful days at this comfortable condo. Conveniently located directly on the shuttle line, the bus stop is literally in front of the entrance. Shuttles arrive every twenty minutes, and it's a brief ten-minute ride to the slopes. Nearby, there's a large grocery store, and the same shuttle that takes you to the gondola also stops at the store. You need to switch from the Snowmass shuttle to another bus, to get to one of the other mountains, but the seamless organization makes it a breeze.The gym, hot tub, and pool are situated in the adjacent building just across the street. The gym and hot tub are excellent. The condo itself is comfortable and spacious enough for six people. The master bedroom and the living/dining areas are generously sized, offering a great view, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking.Management provided great communication. Before our arrival and throughout our stay, they addressed every issue that may arise, and the instructions were exceptionally helpful and clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will keep this property in mind on our next stay at Snowmass. We would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable condo

Our family of 5 adults spent 6 days at this condo. It is very comfortable and is conveniently located right on the shuttle line. The bus stop is litteraly in front of the entrance, shuttles come every 15 minutes and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the slopes. There is a large grocery store nearby. The same shutlle that takes you to the gondola also stops at the store. We had a rental car, but you don't really need one to get to the other mountains. You will have to switch from the Snowmass shuttle to another bus, but everything is so well organized that it is very easy to do. The gym, hot tub and the pool are in the next building just across the street. The gym and the hot tub are nice, but the pool is very small, not large enough for laps. The condo itself is comfotable and was spacious enough for 5 people. The master bedroom and the living/dining areas are large (and a great view!) and the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. I especially want to mention the smooth and effective communication with the management. From before we arrived and throughout our stay our every question was answered within minutes and the instructions were very helpful and clear. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 friends. So close to the mountain and the shuttle stops right in front. The owners also left a lot of nice touches like a welcome basket of snacks. I would rent it again.

Very Nice Condo

Great service from leasing company, responsiveness and communication was excellent. This is a newly renovated unit right next to the amenity center with pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Great to have a garage right under the unit. Buses comes on time every 15 minutes in front of the unit. Everything was provided for and the humidifiers in each bedroom was very nice to have as was the washer and dryer. We’ll be coming back. Nicest one we’ve stayed in at Upper Woodbridge.

Very Clean and nice property, responsive host!

Great location for mountains. Local grocery store close by. Apart from the fact that it is on 3rd floor with no elevator and the owner of condo below this one being super sensitive & can be little annoying (if you have kids walking/running in apartment evening time - came to complain twice), it is a great Condo - well maintained and very responsive host. Has most of the amenities and comfort you need.
