This renovated third-floor condo in Snowmass Village has some serious perks, such as views of the slopes from a private balcony and a shuttle bus that stops right outside your door! Tear down the resort's slopes during the skiing season, then explore a range of activities during summer, from paragliding and ballooning to kayaking and rafting. You are also just a quick drive from Aspen and all it offers! Or leave the car at home and take the free buses that run every 15 minutes between Snowmass Village and Aspen, just a short walk from your door. Either way, you are in the perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer!

After exciting days on the slopes, return to your homey getaway and prepare a meal for everyone. This upscale cooking space features marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven combo, microwave, and dishwasher. While the chef whips up lunch, sit and chat at the breakfast bar. The kitchen overlooks the main living area, with hardwood floors and a stone gas fireplace. In the mood for a movie night? There's a 46' TV, soundbar, and Blu-ray player. Make popcorn, then sprawl out on the sectional or matching armchairs.

Not exactly as described

Property was not exactly as described. First off when we booked it, it was supposed to be ski and ski out and we were supposed to have access to the laundry and the hot tub facilities. Three weeks before we arrive we were informed we would not be able to use the hot tub or laundry due to renovations and it was too late to try to make a change to another property. After numerous calls we were offered a very small compensation for this inconvenience. Also it was not ski in ski out it was about a 10 minute walk to the lift. the coffee maker was broke when we arrived and the TV would not work properly. We did get in contact with the manager to help us the next day to get everything fixed but it was still just a little bit of an inconvenience. Both humidifiers did not work properly and one was full of mold. Other than that the property was as advertised but when you're paying for those details, it would be nice to get them. The unit did have a washer and dryer that was locked up and it would be nice to be able to use this since the community facility was under construction.

Perfect pad for Snowmass vacation!

Amazing location, very convenient to slopes and easy to get around. Responsive host though getting in touch was tricky as the number listed for our front desk kept going to voicemail. Convenient to public transportation. Spotless and very cute, perfect for our small group!

The property was as advertised. Well maintained, great water pressure in shower. Only downside was no hot tub or pool or workout room. Would do a return trip but the loft isn’t very usable if you need that sleeping capacity

Nice property for family

Everything was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of snowmass, very close and convenient to store. Shuttle to village stopped right out front so easy access to village. Could use new cooking pans (everythong stuck to them) and dish towels. Also ran out of paper towels a backup roll would be good.

Nice property, glitchy property management

The property location description is a bit confusing. We arrived in the dark and it took awhile to understand the building numbering, as there was no lighting. The key code given to us was wrong, and it took awhile standing out in the cold, trying to get a hold of a person to reset the lock and new code. The Parking Pass was missing from the unit. The microwave buzzed continuously and was hot, so we unplugged it to be safe. Once settled, we found the property to be beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near a very nice supermarket. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

This is a wonderful apartment conveniently located a short shuttle drive from the slopes. It is a convenient ski-in, with a little pushing or walking involved, and for ski-out we used the village shuttle that stops every 15 minutes right at the front door. It has a nice view from its third floor balcony and windows. The apartment was overall clean except for the dishes that nobody had checked before our arrival. I did bring it up with the agency and I hope they will address it. Apart for that everything else was clean and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Clean, roomy condo. Super quiet. Walk to store, eat, and drink. Beutiful golf coarse, road ride and mtn. Bike. 1st time using third party keyless entry company. Will try and not use in future.

Woodbridge Condo

Property was clean and inviting. Loft is ideal for children. Difficult to ski in, since there are inclines on the ski path. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Assay lift. Bus stop is at the common stairs.

Great Place

Great place to stay, the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the two twin beds on the top level are not the most ideal since you cannot stand in that room.
