Take in unobstructed views of the Continental Divide from this 3BR/3BA + loft corner unit condo with a private balcony. Vaulted open-beam ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace create a lodge-inspired ambiance. Thoughtfully upgraded with new flooring and furniture, this vacation rental also offers access to the Snowmass Condos heated year-round pool and hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and recreation room.

The extra convenient village shuttle offers complimentary rides to the base village and ski area less than a 10-minute ride away -- just steps from your door!

LIVING AREAS

Snuggle up on two comfy sofas next to the wood-burning fireplace. Take in mountain views through the glass doors or watch a movie on the 60” TV.

A loft overlooks the living area. This bonus sleeping space has a twin daybed and twin trundle, a 50” TV, bean bag chairs, and a desk.

KITCHEN & DINING

Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Perch at the four-seat kitchen bar while the chef prepares meals on the electric range.

Savor home-cooked meals at the dining table with seating for up to eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This third-level condo has three bedrooms and a loft that sleeps up to eight guests. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Comfort awaits on a king bed with new Casper mattress in the primary bedroom, complete with a 32” TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom provides a king bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds are found in the upstairs third bedroom, while the third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Breathe the mountain air on your private balcony with views overlooking the pool area, Snowmass Mountain, and the Continental Divide. Fire up the grill and relax on two chairs.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Reserved parking is available for one vehicle in the outdoor parking lot. A washer/dryer and Wi-Fi are provided.

Snowmass Condos offer access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and recreation room. The complimentary shuttle arrives every 15 minutes providing transportation to the base village and ski area. (It also connects with the shuttle to Aspen.)

Please note that access to this condo is via one flight of stairs. Also note that the neighborhood is strict regarding the 10 PM noise ordinance, no pets, and no smoking.

There is a crib in the upstairs closet available for guest use. The bunk beds are not suited for adults, children and teenagers only, please.

LOCATION

Fantastic restaurant options abound at Snowmass Village, including pizza by the slice, Mexican fare, American bites or upscale dining. On the slopes, enjoy ski-in/ski-out eateries like BBQ, comfort food, and organic food restaurants.

Non-skiers can check out a wide array of off-slope activities and adventures including hot-air balloon rides, dog-sled tours, tubing, snowmobiling, or a moonlight snowshoe excursion. Don’t miss the complimentary s'mores at both the Base Village and the Village Mall fire pits (3:30pm–4:30pm daily throughout the winter season).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay in Snowmass. We were there for a baseball tournament so the washer and dryer were definitely needed. My kids loved swimming in the pool and there was plenty of space in the house for all of us to spread out. The only downside was that there was only one parking spot so we had to find a spot on the surface lots for our second car. It wasn’t too difficult to take care of that though and everything was walkable once parked.

Listing and photos were accurate. Checkin process was very simple. The property was perfect for us. The whole house is slightly worn and pots and pans are showing their age but everything worked and the house was clean and comfortable. Location was very central to Snowmass Village and a 20 min drive to Aspen.

Nice but needs improvement

Condo was generally clean, but did find some hairs in bathroom, dust balls in closet, and crumbs in kitchen cabinets. Kitchen was somewhat ill-equipped and inside cabinets were messy and dirty with very old goods. Lacked enough glasses and no wine glasses (although there was a wine bottle opener). There were no good 9x13 casserole dishes and frying pans were in bad condition. We like to stay in and cook mostly so were somewhat disappointed with kitchen.

Nice condo, management company was useless

The property itself was in a great location. The condo was nice and updated. As long as you don’t need to contact the manager for anything it should be fine. If you do, expect them to be effectively useless. Vacasa is a terrible management company. If I were the owners of this unit I would find a new manager. Parking passes were missing and never provided. Fob for hot tub and pool didn’t work. Trying to get info from Vacasa for additional parking was nearly impossible. Had to contact them over and over before getting a response. Nice place to stay, management was awful.

Old snowmass condo

Convenient to shuttle and a nice view. However very run down, broken chairs, closet doors inoperable, not enough flatware or glasses and worn out threadbare rug curling at the edges. Very poorly maintained for the price point.

An excellent choice in Aspen

Very close to Snowmass Resort and convenient to a bus stop to get to the other resorts in Aspen. A far lower price than places on the mountain because it’s across Brush Creek Road. We fit eight adults in comfortably. Loved using the hot tub after a day on the slopes.
