Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 102 sits right off of the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and the Mall area. You will really appreciate the ability to open your door, step into your skis or onto your bike and start your mountain adventure immediately. This condo is so convenient, you can easily ski right back in for a quick lunch or another layer!



This newly renovated condo has a wonderful combination of mountain comfort and contemporary elegance. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area is an ideal space to enjoy the company of your traveling companions. Relax at the breakfast bar in the morning while planning the days adventures and then reminisce about them in the evening in front of the gas fireplace. This four bedroom/4 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This multi-level condo features 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a master bedroom and fourth bedroom on the upper level. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level.



Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos at the Shadowbrook have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle directly in front of the condo door, adding to the convenience of this vacation rental. The local free shuttle service is just 1/2 block away and can take you to the grocery or the main transit station to catch a free shuttle to any of the other ski mountains.



Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will become a repeat guest as well!

***The pool and hot tub will close the day after Snowmass closing day and will open for the summer Memorial Day weekend. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***

******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

It's a wonderful "true" ski on/ski off property. The one observation that we made was that the living space is tight. Bedrooms are really good sizes but the actual living room is small - well apointed but not a lot of space for 10 adults (which is what the place sleeps). We would stay again.

What a wonderful stay! First, the location is unbeatable. A true ski-in/ski-out unit that made it easy to stop in for a quick lunch or to pick up a forgotten item. And easy access to ski school and all the amenities of both the base village and the mall.Next, the condo is tastefully and comfortably appointed and updated. The kitchen has modern appliances and all the cookware one could reasonably expect - and then some. The bathrooms are all tastefully modernized. The living and sleeping spaces are cozy. The views are lovely. And the proximity to the pool/hot tub area was great.The communication from the host was timely and clear. They were proactive and persistent in just the right way. While I didn't have any issues during my stay, I am confident they would have been resolved very quickly.

We were a party of 8 and had a great time during our stay. The property is well designed. All bedrooms are roomy and "self contained": each has its own bathroom, TV, big closet, hair dryer, hangers...The two rooms downstairs have doors to access outside and each has a rack for ski boots.The living area is comfortable. It has space for 8 for dining. The kitchen is equipped with good appliance.The location is excellent: next to ski lift, closed to restaurants (5 min walking), and the market (5 min driving). The Snowmass Village is very nice and well maintained.Highly recommended

Exceptional Stay: Prime Location, Stellar Management, and Immaculate Unit

We had an incredible stay at this ski-in/ski-out property in Aspen Snowmass! The location made hitting the slopes effortless, and the unit itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus for our group. The management team was outstanding—consistently checking in via text to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. We truly felt cared for throughout our entire stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Aspen Snowmass!

Aspen/Snowmass wedding weekend

We had a wonderful week in Snowmass with our family for our daughter’s wedding. Condo had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and wonderful location. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony each morning watching the sun rise over the mountains. Other bonuses were close in covered parking and super easy access to the pool and hot tub. Many thanks for the kind note and special gift in the fridge upon arrival. 😊 We will definitely be staying here again!

Aspen Mountain Wedding

This property completely suited my family. We packed in as many activities as we could around the wedding weekend events. We shopped at Snowmass Mall, ate there, had cocktails there. It was a short 20 minute drive to Aspen, unless you took the FREE shuttle - add about 10 minutes. We did take the shuttle to the beautiful farmer's market on Saturday morning. After crazy, busy days the grotto and pools were a delight. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area. Constant contact and complete information from the management made it so easy. Thank you!

Great ski in/ski out at Snowmass!

Wonderful property that easily fit three families with kids of varying ages. The property was clean and bright and we loved being so close to the slopes. It's a real gift to be able to ski off the mountain directly into the back patio and take off your gear. Property manager was very responsive. We had a number of questions (like getting the two twins combined into a king bed) and iTrip was fantastic and responding nearly instantaneously by text. Extremely convenient and would definitely stay with one of their properties again based on the good experience. My only minor feedback on the property is that the common space is very small. The living room / kitchen are combined and there isn't a place to eat that could seat everyone that was staying at the property. We mostly ate out in the village, so it wasn't a big concern, but if you are looking to cook / host a large group, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, great place to stay!!

Absolute best location. Great stay.

We had a great stay there. Everything went well. As a handicapped guest, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The skiers could swing by for lunch right off the run. The hosts were great. The pool and hot tub hit the spot for the skiers. I suggest bringing an extra card table and folding chairs if you have more than 6 guests because the table is small. We pushed the couch toward the TV for meals and pulled it back the rest of the time. I highly recommend this place.

Simply Perfect!

We spent a lovely weekend in this beautifully renovated, two story condo. There were four couples and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The unit overlooks thr pool and hottub. It is smack dab in the heart of Snowmass Village so we were within a few steps of all thr restaurants, shops and gondolas. Perfect setting and location! Highly recommend this unit!

Everything you need is available in the unit. Kitchen and bathrooms both well stocked. We were in for a family wedding and an easy walk up to the Viewline Hotel. So nice to have the common space and 4 bed/bath separated (two downstairs). Would highly recommend!
