Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 302 offers incredible views and lots of natural light from the numerous windows and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled in the summer of 2020 and are finished with beautiful granite countertops. The open concept living space with a gas fireplace, spacious and inviting sectional sofas and a stunning solid wood dining table provides ample spaces for you and your group to gather and share stories of the days adventures.
This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The second bedroom offers a captains bunk with trundle and the master bedroom has a large king bed. Both bedrooms feature en-suite baths with separate vanity areas and flat screen TV's. The den/dining area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed. The cozy day beds serve as twin beds for additional sleeping space. This condo is located on the 3rd floor, offering beautiful views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. Access to the 3rd floor is provided by an elevator or stairs.
Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

Permit #048772 There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.
***The pool and hot tub area is now open for the summer season, closing on September 29 and re-opening Thanksgiving weekend for the winter. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.*** ******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
