The property neighbors Snowmass Golf Club, where guests can enjoy walking trails, a peaceful creek, and stunning landscapes during non-golf seasons and hours. In the winter, the golf course transforms into a public cross-country ski course and walking trail—an amazing spot for an afternoon stroll or change up from downhill skiing. Unfortunately the golf club is private and does not allow golf reservations for non-members.

Just less than a mile away from Snowmass Village and the ski resort, the townhouse is a 3-minute drive or an easy ride on the Snowmass shuttle. Snowmass golf course 2024

The property is dated but just about everything in the area is. However it was very clean and you can't beat the location. There's a bus stop a at the entrance which we used frequently. Had issues with the door and management resolved it right away I would stat they're again!!!

Allergies were aggravated during stay

Even though there was a no pet policy there was either cat or dog hair in the residence. After a few days my daughter and I had allergies flair up as we both are allergic to cats. That is why I think a cat was previously there. It was definitely the first time we ever had this issue. I also think the residence could have a basic coffee maker for rentals. . We enjoyed the location and the spacious living area but would probably not rent again due to the issues with allergies.

Loved this place!

Location is perfect - short walk to shuttles and great view of Snowmass. Kitchen is very well equipped. Gas fireplace didn’t work when we got there. Apparently remote was missing and pilot had gone out. But owners were responsive and so we had gas fireplace for our last two nights. There were no instructions left In the unit about location of trash bins, what they wanted upon checkout or anything, which is a bit frustrating. Sure, we could figure it out eventually but I find it frustrating with such high VRBO fees that it isn’t required to leave renters basic info in the unit. And for those of us who are older and don’t do everything via iPhone, it would be appreciated. But overall, it was a great place. We would rent again for sure

Great time!

Fantastic place! More than enough room for our party of 7. We were shocked to find out that the place is 3 stories (one bedroom on each floor) plus an office for an additional person to sleep if you need more room. The place was very clean, hot tub is just steps away, and fantastic views from the living room. Additionally, having parking for more than one vehicle is a huge perk in the aspen/snowmass area. We have had problems with this in the past at other town house rentals! Additionally, great communication by the property management team. Truly our only complaint was that the RFTA shuttles for this particular stop can be tricky on holidays/weekends for skiers. Many buses will drive by the stop as they are full already. Often times found ourselves waiting 45+ minutes. Otherwise, great place. Would stay here again!
