Located in the Woodbridge Condominium complex, this condo offers walking access to the Village Shuttle and the handy trail system that covers the town. Enjoy the alpine air on the balcony while sipping your favorite beverage. Perks include dual suites, a loft, and a fireplace. The stylish living area offers a gas fireplace and a TV. The pristine kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a commercial waffle maker and ample counter space. When it’s time to dine, there is seating at the kitchen bar and dining table.

Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Enjoy the alpine air on the balcony, fitted with a gas grill. The Woodbridge Condominiums community amenities include a complimentary Village Shuttle and trail system and high-speed WiFi. This two-story condo is on the second floor (elevators are not available). Like many properties in the area, this vacation home does not have air-conditioning.

Take the convenient network of trails from your condo to prominent areas in town, including the base of Snowmass Ski Resort. The complimentary shuttle bus also stops steps from your door. The complex is also very close to the grocery store, liquor store, post office, and two restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Snowmass Skiing

Property was in a nice location, was comfortable and clean. The address sent to me was wrong and I couldn’t find it after looking for almost an hour even enlisting the help of a UPS driver and his dispatcher to assist. I had to call the VRBO assistance line, which took 20+ minutes to get through only to learn that the information I was sent was incorrect. All this took place in the pitch dark. I was completely frustrated. UNACCEPTABLE

Clean, aptly equipped, well decorated unit. We stayed in the unit for a ski trip. A shuttle is necessary to reach the ski slopes. At the end of your ski day it is possible to ski back to the end of the street resulting in a short walk to reach the unit. We had no issues with the unit itself - it was as described.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only main issue was the check in process. We came when it was dark, and despite having the check-in email printed, it was VERY difficult to find the unit. The entire complex is listed as "35 Upper Woodbridge", however our unit was on "Lower Woodbridge". There was no map in the email/ instructions. The numbering system of the buildings is not clear and the lighting to see what number is not evident from the street. The unit is currently under renovations (which was communicated), but there is no onsite washing/ drying or pool/ rec facility. There were not enough towels given that we were there for a week and couldn't do laundry. The mattress in the primary bed needs to be replaced - it is very soft and the bed is noisy. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Girl’s weekend getaway

This was a perfect homey location for a quiet getaway. Amenities included a working gas, fireplace, large screen, television with cable and other streaming devices, and an outdoor . The neighborhood was quiet and cozy and close to all of the attractions. You could either stay in, or go out! The only slight challenges that we had were that the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the linens and towels could have been kept better.

Great ski getaway

The condos are next to the wood bridge at the bottom of the Snomass Assay Hill chair lift. Very easy in and out. We loved it. It was furnished with skiers in mind. My children loved the loft space, while the two king sized beds downstairs were luxurious for the adults

Pool closed; poor customer service from Vacasa

We selected Snowmass Village for our family vacation largely based on the availability of this particular unit with its pool access. Upon arriving, we found the pool closed with an obvious algae bloom. If we had received prior notification of the closure, we would have tried to find other accommodations in Colorado. I spent considerable time on the phone with Vacasa, the corporate management company for the unit, calling the main help number twice and the local contact once. Never did I receive a call back as promised to me. The last day of our stay, I received an email indicating that I owed on the reservation and to pay it or risk losing my reservation. This prompted my second call to the Vacasa help desk. The representative indicated to me that they tried to refund me an amount to compensate for the pool closure (which I wasn't notified about) but they placed my account in a balance due state while doing so. I also indicated that the refund was not a satisfactory amount given my total payment amount for the stay and the degree to which they promote the availability of a pool in the unit's listing (which would have been nice during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Colorado). Again I was promised a call back but never received it. I attempted to call VRBO twice for assistance but hung up after automated messaging indicated wait times of 30 minutes and an hour respectively. I also direct messaged VRBO's Twitter account with a photo of the bright green pool but took a week to receive a response that they were experiencing "experiencing higher than normal volumes" of calls to customer service. The unit itself was fine (clean and within walking distance of the Elk Camp Gondola) but the tears from my children upon learning that they would not have a pool to swim in and my subsequent frustration with Vacasa's and VRBO's poor customer service made this the worst vacation rental experience that we've had out of dozens of stays.

Clean, well-maintained condo with easy mountain access, close to pool and hot-tub, and within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. Would be great for a large or small family.

Great Place for two couples

Nicely updated, very clean and comfortable condo close to everything! Perfect for my wife and I to spend a week enjoying the mountains with our son and his wife. The balcony in the aspens was a highlight, and the pool and hot tub were great. Hosts were super responsive to every request. Nothing was overlooked! Great Stay!! Will be our first choice for future trips to Aspen/Snowmass.
