Located between Snowmass Mall and Base Village, you’ll be just minutes from lifts, dining, shopping, and activities. The condo sits directly on the free Snowmass Village shuttle route, giving you easy access to the mountain, grocery store, restaurants, golf, hiking and biking trails, and more, all within a five-minute ride. A free bus to Aspen is just two blocks away, running daily from 6 AM to 2 AM. One unassigned, uncovered parking space is available for your convenience.
The property includes a seasonal pool and year-round outdoor hot tub. Inside, the open-plan living area features a gas fireplace, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space that opens to a private deck with seating and a grill.
The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath, and TV. The second bedroom includes a full bed plus twin, with its own bath, while the loft provides two additional twin beds. Please note, the loft has a lower ceiling and is best suited for children. A washer/dryer, ski/snowboard locker, and provided toiletries add to the ease of your stay.

This property is on the third floor, requiring stairs to enter. There is no elevator.
Please note, there is no AC in the unit. To keep the temperature comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a balanced temperature. Additional fans are available upon request.
No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.
No Pets Allowed Please do not ask, as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1,000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals.

SkyRun Amenities: All SkyRun Aspen properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following items. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores, Clark’s Market and City Market.
Bathroom: vanity kit, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.
Kitchen: paper towels, coffee, tea, coffee maker with filters, hand soap, spices, trash bags, multi-surface cleanser, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and sponges.
Extra: a welcome packet with details on your unit, available amenities, local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor guides. If your home has a wood burning fireplace, we provide a starter supply of wood.
Managed by SkyRun Aspen, our team is available throughout your stay to provide local tips, answer questions, or help arrange private services such as chefs and drivers. Aspen Snowmass has plenty of events, activities, and great dining and shopping all year round. Our team is happy to help you plan your stay.
