The two-story holiday cottage is equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including underfloor heating in all rooms (including the bathroom) The 100 mÂČ living space offers two light-filled living areas, a dining area with an integrated, open-plan kitchen, Downstairs, the larger living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa. A dining table with 6 chairs is also available here. In addition, the stylish, wood-colored fitted kitchen, as expected, features only the latest appliances: a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker both filter and Nespresso. A staircase leads up to the upper floor there you have 3 bedrooms- one large 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and a smaller one with double bed 120 x 200 cm and the 3rd bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds separated. The brightly tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower cubicle, a vanity with a wall mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine with a dryer function, sufficient bed linen and towels are provided, and reliable wireless internet access is also offered free of charge in your holiday cottage.
We donÂŽt charge for cleaning the cottage is Self-Clean- Please note that you will need to clean the cottage yourself. The beds will be freshly made for you upon arrival, and upon departure, bed linen and towels must be washed in the washing machine Nothing can be left unwashed! The last washing you can leave in the dryer to dry and the dryer will fisnish automatically and next guest after you will take our and put in storage- The same can be on your arrival that there si some linen in the dryer for you to put in storage- this way no one has to wait. Please donÂŽt cut off the electrical power of the cottage or refrigerator on your departure, this is MOST important.
