Welcome to the Vida Sol at Topsail! This modern coastal home is THE spot to escape + enjoy the best of beach life. Freshly renovated with all new furnishings; you will be instantly charmed by the cool, light filled space + ample living areas for everyone to spread out, relax and play. Not to be missed are the 4 outdoor decks, lending to the best sunset + long sound views on the island (per our opinion:) 3 min stroll to the ocean or dipping toes off of the soundside community dock

You will experience the best of N. Topsail island with double-sided, long views of the surrounding waterways and a quick, easy walk to your beach access just across the street.
Vida Sol is designed and equipped to offer everything you would need for a 5 star beach stay. The spacious kitchen and dining area invite family and friends to prepare meals of any size and comfortably dine at the 7 person table. The covered front porch offers additional dining and lounge areas with our personal favorite views on the island ;)
Don’t miss sipping on a cool beverage in the back porch captains chairs as the sun descends over the marsh

The living area is spacious and designed for relaxing with some music, games or a movie after a day in the sun.
The 3rd floor bedrooms also enjoy north and south facing porches. Brand new bedding and crisp linens are a welcome treat for sun-kissed skin and invite vacation worthy rest after a day spent playing in the water or exploring the island.
The master suite offers a King bed and french doors opening to a private porch with shaded lounge areas, blackout curtains, 65 in TV, Bluetooth speaker and ceiling fan.
There is also a Queen bedroom with TV and a playful Bunk room with double and twins beds.

The host was great and answered communications promptly. The views from all the decks were amazing. The townhouse was equipped with everything we needed for our visit, especially the kitchen. Very quick walk to the beach access, very friendly community. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some rest and relaxation with great location and amazing sunset views.

The Vida Sol was the PERFECT rental for our familyfriends beach trip. There were plenty of bedrooms and the living/kitchen space were beautiful and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable and it was nice that all linens were included so we didn't have to bring all that with us. The house is so nicely decorated! Although there is only one true full bathroom, we didn't have any trouble sharing between 6 of us since we could also use the half bath. The location was amazing - the dock to the water out back for fishing/paddling, and beach access almost directly across the street. The best of both worlds! It is close to the surf shop where the kids took surf lessons and also close to the shops/restaurants in Surf City. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We loved staying at this house. There was more than enough room for all of us in the house. It was also one of the beautifully furnished houses that we have stayed in. We enjoyed taking the kayaks down to the water by the HOA dock as well. My wife loved the reading nook. Overall great experience.

Inaccurate website description

There are several inaccuracies and issues regarding the property's description on VRBO. The listing clearly states "2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom," however, there is only one full bathroom and one half bathroom. To be fair, the Property Manager did explain that they count the outdoor shower as a bathroom.Additionally, the property has a significant number of stairs, with 37 steps spread across three floors, which was not adequately detailed in the listing. However, I believe 3rd floor bedrooms is mentioned somewhere in the description, be sure to read the entire description and ask questions. I don't recommend this property for anyone with infants or small children. On a positive note, the host was very responsive. There was a slight issue with the keyless entry upon arrival due to humidity, but the property manager responded fairly quickly and resolved the issue promptly.While I most likely would not return to this specific property, I would almost certainly return to Topsail.

Beautifully decorated and walking distance to the beach

Loved staying in this beautiful place with great views of the sound, and the beach right across the street. Our family had such a great time walking to the back pier, exploring local restaurants and spending our days at the beach.
