This home is logically laid out, with Mom and Dad on the entry level, and six guest bedrooms on the top floor. Two of those are for special guests, with private oceanfront balconies! Â The midlevel is where the whole family can come together after a swim in the waves, with easy to clean LVP flooring throughout, and plenty of comfortable seating inviting lively conversations or curling up with a book. The Black Pearl is situated directly in front of the beachfront Ocean City Jazz Festival tent, so be prepared for a front row seat for Jazz and festivities during July 4th week!

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, âTopsâlâ as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast.
