The great room has high ceilings which provide light and plenty of seating for watching movies on the large screen TV and making family memories. There is a large table for family meals or puzzles and game time for the inside days. For more time outside, you can relax with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or a cocktail and watch the sunset on one of the many balconies with seating. There is also a great screened in hot tub area and an outdoor shower as well as a fish cleaning area for the big catch. Ready for some down time? There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is also an assortment of beach chairs and other beach gear available (varies at times what all is available as we try to keep things updated and remove anything too worn or rusted). There is also a fish cleaning station for those that make a big catch so you can clean and enjoy your rewards. Access is super easy! No need to keep up with keys as you will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. There is parking for 4 to 5 cars, there is no parking available on the street as you will get ticketed. There is a Ring Doorbell for safety, but no cameras inside the property for your privacy. We are very responsive to any guest communications! Communication is preferred through the AirBnB app. We are local to the Island and here to help in any way. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent and there must be a guest of that age staying during the entire length of the stay. ✓ This is a NON SMOKING home. ✓ Dog friendly with fee. Please let us know the breed and size of your dog/dogs.
