Approximate 2 minute walk to private beach access! The public kayak launch is about a 5 minute walk north. For your convenience there is public parking to drop off kayak. Please note, all town-controlled parking is paid parking.
*No trailers or boats allowed in driveway per HOA
*2 vehicles allowed in driveway
House Rules:
-Must be at least 25 to rent property. Photo ID and/or Driverâs license will be required at time of booking. Please note - your reservation will be canceled if primary guest booking is under the age of 25. For same day bookings, pre-arrival form shall be completed prior to door code being sent. If pre-arrival form is not completed within 48 hours from time booking, we may cancel reservation. Guidebook with door code will be sent the day prior to check-in.
-No parties or events allowed.
-No smoking allowed.
-No pets allowed.
-No unregistered guests allowed.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-Please do not leave sliding glass doors or windows open â the humid summer heat will not allow the AC to work properly and leaving doors/windows open may cause bugs to enter property. Windows should only be opened in case of emergency.
-Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or flushable wipes.
-Please respect the noise curfew.
-Please only open windows in case of emergency.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times.
-Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $25 per key.
-Please take care of the furnishings. Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacing or fixing damaged furniture.
-Please donât rearrange the furniture.
-Please make best efforts to keep sand outside, there is an outdoor shower and foot faucet for your convenience.
-Please hang up all wet towels
-If towels are sandy DO NOT put them in the wash. please allow sandy/wet towels to dry and shake out towels outside before putting them in the wash.
-White towels are to not be used on the beach - any missing towels will be charged $25 per towel to cover the cost of replacement.
-Accidents happen - please let us know immediately if there are any damaged to the property so we can do our best to fix/repair items prior to the next tenant arriving.
-Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher prior to departure and start dishwasher.
-Trash day is on Wednesday - please be sure to take trash and recycle to the curb Tuesday evening to ensure your trash does not overflow. Please bag all trash and double bag as necessary being mindful of future guests. Please note - trash also runs on Saturdays during peak season. Please be sure to take trash to curb on Friday evenings during peak season.
-WATCH YOUR STEP - there are steps inside and outside. There are also steps on the cross over. Due to the proximity to the beach and mother nature, outside steps may become slippery due to sand, salt, or water. Please be careful and use the handrail for assistance.
-Please do not lean, stand, or jump on any of the inside or outside railings/ledges as this can cause serious injury or death and not their intended use.
-If there are any loose railings or steps, please notify us immediately and do not use until properly secured.
-Any items in the garage are to be used at your own risk.
-If you find any item located in the garage broken, please do not use and notify us immediately.
-Provided grill is to be left the way you found it. After each use please be sure to clean out grill and store it back in the shed to ensure grill does not rust.
-Due to fire laws, grills must be at least 10 feet from the house and steps.
-DO NOT USE GRILL UNDER CARPORT! Please ensure that the grill is being used in the driveway at least 10 feet away from the house.
-NO WALKING ON DUNES: There is a $500 fine
-Our townhouse is in a residential part of North Topsail Beach and we do have neighbors that live here full time. We ask that you be mindful and adhere to our posted quiet hours.
We are local to the area and are just a phone call or text away!

*Community pool is open seasonally typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day - Pool may stay open until the end of October weather dependent.
Please note: Must climb stairs in order to access property. Steps outside lead to front door and steps inside lead to living area.
-Doorbell camera installed next to front door and operates 24/7
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
