The sophisticated, coastal style of One Particular Harbour will delight at every turn. Guests are welcomed into a large family room with comfortable and stylish seating for everyone in your group to enjoy on the main floor. The adjacent sitting area with ocean views is a great space to curl up with a good book or play your favorite family game but still be part of the action with the open concept living area. A fully stocked kitchen with beverage fridge, wet bar, and seating for 3 at the island await with ample space to gather together to prep and enjoy meals while looking at the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together with seating for 10 at the dining table overlooking the ocean, and additional seating for 4 at the bar space in the sitting area. A half bathroom is also located on the main floor. The private hot tub can be found on the deck just off the dining area overlooking the ocean. The main floor deck is partially covered and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining space.

On the main floor, guests will find an office with a desk and twin daybed and the first of four bedrooms featuring a queen sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. As guests make their way upstairs to the 2nd floor, three additional bedrooms await. The bunk room is styled with a twin XL over queen bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed sleeping a total of 5. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom in the hall at the top of the stairs. The next bedroom features a king sized bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and oceanfront deck access. An additional sleeping space is located on the 2nd floor with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and oceanfront deck access. The luxurious master bedroom features a king sized bed, large en suite bathroom, TV, and coffee nook with oceanfront deck access. All bedrooms have closets and/or dressers for clothes storage during your stay.

No detail was spared in the design and styling of One Particular Harbour. With multiple oceanfront decks to sit out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea, a private hot tub, community pool, a game room, board games, and so much more, guests will make many memories and will be sure to return year after year. High speed internet and smart TVs are provided throughout the house, and an outdoor shower awaits for easy rinse off after a great day at the beach! There is plenty of parking spaces at this home in the 4 car tandem garage and a keyless entry lock on the door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and sleeper sofas will not be made. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!
