The room features a large black leather sectional sofa, a rocking chair, and a colorful floral rug that adds a cheerful pop of color. A flat-screen TV sits across from the sofa—perfect for family movie nights or lazy afternoons indoors.



The living room is part of a two-story open layout, with a vaulted ceiling and balcony overlook that gives the space an airy, welcoming feel. Five tall windows along the wall let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the coast, while the nearby dining and kitchen areas make it easy to stay connected with your group.



The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for all your cooking needs. It features light wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee station is ready for your morning brew, and there’s plenty of cabinet space for groceries and snacks. The kitchen’s open layout allows you to prep meals while still chatting with guests in the living or dining area—perfect for entertaining or casual beach-day meals. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it perfect for group meals and gatherings. The main dining table seats 6, while the adjacent kitchen counter includes 4 bar stools for casual dining. A small round table with 2 additional chairs provides extra seating.



Step outside and enjoy the coastal breeze from multiple outdoor spaces designed for both relaxation and fun. The private backyard area features a refreshing in-ground pool surrounded by palm trees and a spacious deck—perfect for lounging in the sun or taking an evening swim under the lights. Nearby, a private hot tub invites you to unwind after a beach day, offering a peaceful spot to soak while enjoying the salty air.

There’s also a convenient outdoor shower, great for rinsing off sand before heading inside. With two front porches overlooking the ocean and two back decks with sound views, you’ll have no shortage of scenic spaces to sip your coffee, read a book, or just take in the view.



As a thoughtful touch, we provide a starter pack of essentials including paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper for your arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, additional supplies are easily available at nearby stores.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and private decks. You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the private pool, hot tub, and on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles. The beach is just steps away, accessible via a private crossover right across the street. Entry is self-check-in through a secure, keyless entry system.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the beach, this home offers a peaceful coastal escape with the convenience of nearby attractions. You're just a short drive from local favorites like Splash by the Sea, Seaview Pier Restaurant, and Shaka Taco. Visit the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center, explore the Surf City Ocean Pier, or enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding in the nearby sound. Whether you're after seafood, souvenirs, or scenic strolls, it's all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft may be available, but can be limited, especially during peak times—so having a vehicle is recommended for convenience. Free parking is provided on-site. The beach is just a few steps away.

**EARLY CHECK-IN**

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival.

• After 11 AM – $50.00



**ESSENTIALS**

• Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.

• To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

• There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided.



• We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior approval—please message us first before booking if you plan to bring your furry companions. A $100 pet fee per dog applies and will be collected separately after booking.



• For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee.





Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.
