New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

All four bedrooms of this home have a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront deck. Three full bathrooms include a shower with two seats, a tub/shower combination, and another shower with two seats.

The home is outfitted with five TVs, three of which are smart TVs that have HD, WiFi, Dolby Digital Plus, and HD Sound). Watch your favorite cable shows, surf the internet, or watch your own Netflix movies. There is also five DVD players and a CD player.

The best feature of this home's location is that all the neighborhood's homes are privately owned and public beach access is a mile away, so you only have a few owners and renters on your private beach. The home is pet-friendly, so Fido will be happy running around the private beach and yard area.

The ground-level storage room offers beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas for you to use and enjoy. The two covered decks feature a five-person hot tub, a bistro table with bar height chairs for better viewing, rocking chairs, a high chair, and a portacrib.

Amazing location. House was outdated and needs some upgrades (bare minimum kitchen cookware, fridge leaks, dryer takes forever) but the gorgeous view of the ocean from every single room makes it hard to complain. Hot tub was great for the colder nights!!

Great, Dog Friendly Spot

We had a great time at this house. There was plenty of space for our group. It’s hard to find a rental that will allow you to bring a large dog. The house was clean and smelled nice on arrival. There have been some upgrades to furniture and bathrooms, it seemed. The house is well-appointed. We cooked meals with ease and had plenty of pillows and linens. This area of beach is quiet and so beautiful. We will be back!

Great time

The house was clean and furnished nicely. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with many utensils, cookware and beverage glasses. The location in the beach was peaceful and relaxing. The only downside was getting groceries up 2 flights of stairs.

A Lovely Oceanfront Getaway

This was such an amazing property to stay at. It looked just like pictures, and the view of the ocean is absolutely perfect! The hot tub has decent jets, there's lots of space, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. All in all, we had a fantastic time!

Fantastic location

The place was great. Comfy beds, mostly clean, wonderful decks, great hottub, steps from the beach. Enjoyed dinners out at nearby restaurants/treats/entertainment: celtic creamery for the best ice cream, Jm’s bar and grill, shuckin shack, Daddy Mac’s, EMA touch aquarium was a fantastic spit for kids to see and touch small animals. Short beach at high tide but plenty for the kids to play and enjoy. Short ride to surf city businesses.

Gorgeous views.....home could use some TLC.

The dining chairs need to have some repairs. We noticed broken spindles and wobbly chairs. The chairs on the top deck also need to be be tighten, as they are wobbly as well. We had 8 people there and were only given one washcloth per person. We had brought laundry detergent and washed towels but the dryer took forever (several hours) to dry them. Recommend supplying a couple washcloths per person and even a few extra towels. I understand the house is on the beach and there will be sand but recommend having a mat inside each sliding door to try and cut it down. Sand was on the beds, including the top bunk. Shower liners need to be checked as the upstairs bath had split circles and no longer would hang on rings. Some of the curtains on the sliding glass doors were no longer able to hang. The views from the house are absolutely beautiful and our time was wonderful, but there is some TLC that needs to happen with the upkeep of the house.

Very nice beach property!

Great being able to walk right out to the beach. Hot tub was a nice amenity. Beds need new mattresses but otherwise we had everything we needed. Saw some lovely sunrises and a beautiful pink moon. We all hated to leave.

Could not ask for a better view. Hot tub was perfect. Beach access was perfect. House needs some attention. Nothing major. Needs new blinds. Some are damaged and its off putting. Could use deck gates for small kids/dogs on every level deck. Perfect beach for shelling. Had a great time.

Great location but the house wasn’t the cleanest

Upon arrival I had to mop the floor with paper towels and dish soap. The floor was so sticky and that’s the only thing on site that we had to clean with. The bar stools were also super sticky. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The water was grey with hair, debris and an oil residue floating in it. Someone came on our last day to drain it and cleaned it really well so we did get to enjoy it 1 night out of our 3 in it. The location is awesome. We loved sitting on the porch and looking out at the beach. The house was very nice with plenty of bathrooms. There are a lot of steps but that’s to be expected. Overall we had a decent stay, I just hope they find someone to clean the house better.

Winter weekend away

Everything with the house was as described. The hoses and showers on each level help with keeping sand out of the house. It was especially quiet on the beach given it was November, but seems like it would still be private during the summer. Each bedroom opening onto the deck makes for some gorgeous views, but if you’re sensitive brightness I’d recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping for that morning sun.
