The extra spacious deck allows for comfortable outdoor living. Lounge in the sun, enjoy your morning coffee or even have a snack all while marveling at the endless ocean views. Follow your private boardwalk straight down to the golden sand and blue water.

Enter the property through the foyer, with two single-car enclosed garages, a rare find on the island. This level features two bedrooms sharing one full bathroom with dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in tiled shower. For your entertainment convenience, each bedroom also features its own TV and DVD player.

The second floor is home to the living area. Here is where the family will gather together, chatting, laughing, and creating new memories. Abundant natural light streams in from the many windows. The living room features a large, butter-soft leather sectional, with a cooling ceiling fan, soft recessed lighting and a TV, perfect for watching favorite shows, sporting events or the long-awaited blockbuster movie. In the dining room, you'll find two round dining tables accommodating a total of 10 people. The kitchen has everything needed to create the family's favorite meals and snacks, including a full complement of appliances in black, plenty of cabinets and a breakfast bar seating three.

The third floor is home to more bedrooms. Here, you'll find two separate bedroom suites. The primary bedroom, with its dramatic barrel ceiling, gorgeous ocean views, TV and ceiling fan. With a romantic sleigh bed, this is a true sanctuary. The luxurious ensuite bathroom boasts dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in tiled shower. There is also a mini-fridge in this bedroom. The last bedroom suite shares the same barrel ceiling and boasts two beds, a chaise lounge, a ceiling fan, recessed lighting and its own TV and DVD player.
