A Note About Beach Access (Please Read):

Beach Access Update: Due to recent storms this past year (2025), the beach and dunes at the north end of North Topsail Beach have been impacted, resulting in some changes to the shoreline directly in front of the complex. The amount of usable beach may vary, and on some occasions, it might be more convenient to use one of the nearby public beach access points. Direct access tends to be limited during high tide.

While access can be affected, it shouldn't be a deterrent, there are 8 buildings in the community, and even if one set of stairs is closed, others may still be usable. Public beach access points are also available to the north and south, though they may require a short walk or drive. For those who prefer a public beach access point, Beach Access #1 is just a mile south (about a 3-minute drive) and offers free parking. There’s also another access point just north of Building 1 (short walk from building 4).

That said, one of the most incredible parts of staying here is how close the ocean gets at higher tides, offering stunning views and a unique, up-close beach experience you won’t find elsewhere on the island.

🚫 Please note: Sandbags have been placed along parts of the shore to help prevent further erosion. For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, walking on them is prohibited and strictly enforced.
