Guests have full access to the entire home, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, and multiple furnished decks. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor shower, ground-level lounge area, and on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. The beach is just steps away, with easy access right across the street. Entry is a smooth self-check-in with a secure keyless entry system.

A short drive brings you to Surf City, where you’ll find the ocean pier, local restaurants, shops, and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center. Head the other direction and you’ll reach Sneads Ferry, a quaint fishing village known for its fresh seafood and boating opportunities.



Getting Around:

Inlet By The Sea is located in North Topsail Beach, a quiet, family-friendly part of Topsail Island. The home is easy to reach by car, with paved roads all the way and parking available on-site for up to 4 vehicles. Beach access is right across the street, so most days you can walk straight to the sand without needing to drive.



A car is recommended if you plan to explore more of the island or nearby towns. Surf City and Sneads Ferry are both about 10–15 minutes away and offer grocery stores, dining, shops, and local attractions.



From Major Highways:

If you’re arriving from I-40, take Exit 373 toward Burgaw. Follow NC-53 East to US-17 South, then take NC-210 East toward Sneads Ferry and North Topsail Beach. Cross the high-rise bridge onto Topsail Island, turn left onto New River Inlet Road, and the home will be just a few minutes down. Roads are fully paved and easy to navigate.
