New 6 Bedroom, 6.5 Bathroom Oceanfront Home in Ocean Ridge w. Hot Tub

Beautiful new oceanfront home in prestigious Ocean Ridge in North Topsail Beach. Home was just finished construction in May 2024 (please excuse our pictures as the home is being furnished now and updated photos will be provided shortly). The reverse floor plan provides great views from the top level, with spacious decks on both the top and mid-levels.

On the main floor you'll find the nicely appointed family room with generous ocean views and large smart tv. The kitchen boasts a side by side refrigerator, induction range, additional dual built in ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 12. The main floor also has two queen bedroom suites with full private bathroom. There is also a common half bathroom on this level.

The mid-level has two king bedrooms with full bathrooms, and two kids rooms, each with a two twin beds, one of which is a trundle bed. Each of the kids bedrooms has a full bathroom, with one of the bathrooms accessible from the hallway.


There are large decks with beautiful ocean views on each of the top two levels. An outdoor shower is available on the lower level along with a gas grill.

The split garage can hold four vehicles, two on each side.

The Ocean Ridge community pool is located 0.3 miles from the house, about a five-minute walk along the beach.

Our turnover day is Saturday. Our weekly rentals are from Saturday-Saturday only.

While we have no control over whether severe weather will impact Topsail Island, we do offer full refunds if a named storm or hurricane impacts your stay, or a pro-rated refund if it impacts part of your stay. We also have lenient cancellation policies, with full refunds up to 15 days before your stay. If you have any questions, please let us know.

This house was perfect for our family of 7, 6 adults and 1 child. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. In the kitchen, was a full size refrigerator and a full size freezer. We had never had that before, and it was so nice. The house was very clean and very well equipped. What we love the most, was the location to the beach. It was a nice, short walk to the beach, using a shared walkway with three other houses. We enjoyed sunning on the beach, surf fishing (saw a shark in the surf!) and shark tooth hunting. It was a wonderful place to spend the week! We would definitely love to stay in this house again.

Spectacular beach house

One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. Great location - loved the view of the ocean from both decks (and the hot tub). Lots of outdoor seating on both decks. Quick walk over a few stairs to get to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans were great. Bathrooms were plentiful for our group of 10! Kitchen was very well appointed and spacious. Refrigerator is huge! Table seats 10 plus 4 counter bar chairs. We loved the smaller table near the windows for breakfasts. We did 2 puzzles during the week at the smaller table. Couches were comfortable, but didn't seat all of us at the same time for movie watching. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Property

Our family of 9, which included 3 children, enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful house located in N. Topsail Beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our family, and the view of the ocean was spectacular from both levels. The kitchen was well-designed, and the multiple dining areas suited our large group for meals and board games. The adults enjoyed fishing in the surf, and caught enough pompano, whiting, blues and spot to have a delicious fish fry. The hot tub located on the lower decking was so relaxing after spending the day on the beach, and several days we walked the short distance up the beach to take a dip in the free community swimming pool. The beach access was extremely convenient, and we were very appreciative of the beach chairs provided underneath the house. We also appreciated the quality sheets, towels and basic necessities provided for our use. I would just like to mention the floorplan drawing is not exactly correct. Bedroom 2 has trundle twins and bedroom 6 has a queen. There is a Graco Pack & Play with sheets in the closet of bedroom 5, which is nice if you are traveling with an infant. I would also like to give a shout-out to Debbie who had the house in pristine condition when we arrived.

Awesome!

This was our 8th year coming to Topsail and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed in. It was very clean, bright and updated. When we booked the house, the hot tub wasn’t listed so we were thrilled it had been added. Our kids loved hanging out in it after a day at the beach. All of us found the beds comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us (5 adults and 2 kids). Jamie was very easy to get in touch with. We’re already counting down to our stay next summer!

Easter Family Time

This house was great for our family and an April vacation. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom and bath. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for us. Excellent ocean views from the balcony and living room and easy beach access. It was a wonderful home for our family to get together for Easter and we have been loving Topsail Island for over 30 years!

Perfect Vacation Rental

The house was absolutely phenomenal! Our family was a group of 10 adults and 1 teen. The house is spacious with beautiful views of the ocean from both decks and some of the bedrooms. The layout is perfect and allows people to congregate together or find peaceful time alone. It is very modern and sleek in decorating style and well equipped with most everything you could need. The access to the beach is easy and just a very short walk. The community pool is a bit farther and we found we preferred the beach. We used Topsail Beach Service for umbrella rental and if you are looking for a gym, Topsul Fitness was fantastic! We truly enjoyed our week, and this house exceeded all expectations!

Amazing Stay at this Beautiful Property

Our family just experienced a wonderful stay in this beautiful new oceanfront home. Everything was perfect from a fully stocked kitchen, to super comfortable beds, to a great oversized refrigerator, to the ocean view from both nicely appointed decks. We loved how three of the bedrooms had ocean views and how each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Ocean Ridge is a beautiful, quiet oceanfront community, with quiet beaches and community pool. Kids loved going to the pool after the beach. The oceanfront B lot, has a much better and more expansive view than is pictured in the listing. In fact, we found everything to be even better than the pictures in the listing portrayed. As mentioned, the property is new and beautifully appointed, on an oceanfront B lot. Beach access is right there and extremely easy. Our host, Jamie, was fabulous, and extremely responsive and communicative. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation in Topsail.
