MUST CLIMB STAIRS TO ACCESS PROPERTY!
- You will have access to the entire one bedroom condo along with the condo amenities - community pool, playground, grills, and private beach access.
- We are located on the second level in building 1 at the Topsail Dunes condo community.
- Our building has private beach access located on the first level
*We do not have direct access from the unit itself*
- The pool is located between building 2 and 3 just past the playground.
- Please note, hallway bed is slightly smaller than a standard twin bed.
- There is one 65" smart TV located in the living room. There is no TV in the bedroom.


House Rules:

**Must be at least 25 to rent property. Photo ID and/or Driver’s license will be required at time of booking. Please note - your reservation will be canceled if primary guest booking is under the age of 25. For same day bookings, pre-arrival form shall be completed prior to door code being sent. If pre-arrival form is not completed within 48 hours from time booking we may cancel reservation. Guidebook with door code will be sent the day prior to check-in.**

-No parties or events allowed.

-No smoking allowed.

-No pets allowed.

-No unregistered guests allowed.

-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

-Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or flushable wipes.

-Please respect the noise curfew.

-Please respect check-in and check-out times.

-Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $25 per key.

-Lost parking pass: $100

-Lost pool wrist band: $50 per band

-Please take care of the furnishings. Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacing or fixing damaged furniture.

-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

-Please make best efforts to keep sand outside, there is an outdoor shower and foot faucet in the pool area for your convenience.

-Please hang up all wet towels

-If towels are sandy DO NOT put them in the wash. please allow sandy/wet towels to dry and shake out towels before putting them in the wash.

-White towels are to not be used on the beach - any missing towels will be charged $25 per towel to cover the cost of replacement.

-Accidents happen - please let us know immediately if there are any damaged to the property so we can do our best to fix/repair items prior to the next tenant arriving.

-Please wash dirty dishes

-Please take out trash prior to departure.

-Please do not lean, stand, or jump on any of the inside or outside railings/ledges as this can cause serious injury or death and not their intended use.

-NO WALKING ON DUNES -There is a $500 fine
We do not live on-site but are local and are just a call or text away!

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
