Welcome to Opa's Ocean Oasis! We're excited for you to experience Villa Capriani's stunning views, beautiful beach, and luxurious, resort-like amenities. Our newly remodeled, two bedroom condo was designed with your family in mind. Enjoy our arcade cocktail table with 400 retro games, our full-body massage chair, highest-rated King & Queen mattresses, and Roku Smart TV's in every room. Enjoy amazing ocean and courtyard views from our private, covered balcony. Hot Tubs all year, Pools open Apr-Oct.

You can't go wrong with choosing “Opa’s Ocean Oasis” for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Our newly renovated, beautifully decorated condo is designed and furnished with your comforts and needs in mind. It’s 1200 square feet of relaxing, inviting, and memory making perfection. There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and bar-height counter with four comfortable stools. A spacious living room, laundry room, and a covered balcony overlooking the beach, pools and courtyard restaurant. We have three ROKU TVs so you can sign into your streaming channels. Two of those TV’s also have cable so everyone can find what they like when they’re not swimming, sunning, surfing or fishing.

Oceanview Master Bedroom

Our master suite is one full side of the condo where you can have privacy and the feeling of having your own space. We have a comfortable king-sized bed where you can stay cozy and gaze at the ocean through the double window. We also have two futon chairs that can be made into beds for any little ones you don’t want too far from you. Relax and enjoy our zero-gravity, full body Shiatsu massage chair while watching a favorite show on the 55” ROKU TV. The kitchenette has cabinets, granite countertops, stainless mini fridge, microwave and sink for you to use as you need. The master bath is the perfect size and right across from a very spacious closet with two luggage racks inside waiting for your suitcases.

Intracoastal/Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is an ocean oasis of whimsical waves, mermaids and comfort. This fun, cozy room can sleep up to four with a queen bed and low bunks to take care of your family. It’s a great space to sleep after a long day of playing in the sun, or just chill and watch something on the ROKU TV. The second bathroom has an entrance from the bedroom and the hallways to make it as convenient as possible. The closet is spacious and has two luggage racks to help keep your things organized.

This was our 4th visit to the island. We love it here. Check-in was so easy and communication was AMAZING! Weather did not cooperate with our plans but plenty to do with the retro video games, board games and stocked kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved the massage chair and SOFT beds! Easy beach access. Thanks for the hospitality.

Loved the decor and lay out. Stephen is very responsive and easy to deal with. With it being a very hot weekend, the pool was packed it was hard to find pool chairs at times. Luckily the beach is right there and I suggested to provide some beach chairs as we (and I’m sure others also) flew in and would not pack those and they are expensive to purchase to just leave behind. The restaurant at the complex had good food, but can have a long wait in the summer, so I recommend sending someone to put your name in before you plan to go. We had to wait an hour. We will be back!

What a great place for a small family getaway!

We stayed for a few days and the place had everything we needed. It offered a welcoming space to sleep and eat, a pool, a hot tub, and a lovely environment by the beach. Perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.

Perfect in every way!

The condo is beautiful. The complex is well kept. You can see the surf and the pools on the property. Our family loved the place. Communication was awesome. All questions answered very quick. Don't hesitate to book this place.

Upscale condo

The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need down to starter soaps and k-cups + creamer. Super clean and felt fresh. We loved the privacy of the master suite and the amount of space for our family to settle in. The pools are nice. Note that you most likely will have to park across the street for most of your stay. It was easy to find a table and lounge chairs daily by the pool and plenty of room on the beach to spread out. We loved it!

We really enjoyed everything. The pool and beach were wonderful and not too crowded. The condo was perfect. My only complaint is as a person with a handicap the hot tubs and part of the pool were inaccessible to me.

Wonderful hidden gem

As advertised! Condo was everything as explained and pictures were spot on. Everything worked and functioned as it should. Made for a very relaxing stay and just steps away from the beach. Topsail is very laid back and we are looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect condo!

We were very impressed by this condo and the owners! It is beautifully decorated, super comfortable, had everything we needed, and has a great view. Even the chairs on the balcony are super plush and comfortable. The owners sent wonderful, detailed check in and check out instructions, asked how our stay was going, and was very flexible with us on check out time, as we forgot there was a time change that weekend! We are already excited to come back later this season when the weather is nicer. Thank you so much!

Perfect family vacation

Our family of 6 (18 years+) stayed at this condo and had a fabulous time! The entire condo was very clean, comfy, well stocked, had plenty of storage and living space for all of us. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean, pools and restaurant, and had many a time sitting there reading a book and enjoying the views. On a couple evening nights, live music was at the restaurant and had a perfect view. They even had a towel rack on the balcony for wet towels! The owners were amazing with communication, and very prompt with questions. Check in was a breeze! Loved the keyless entry. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable stay!

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at this condo. The couch and rooms were cozy, and we had ample space to play games, have meals, and do our puzzles. The washer and dryer were essential after having beach and pool time multiple times through the day and evening. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed the arcade and the massage chair was great to relax in the evenings. We had all the essentials in the kitchen to make easy meals. We had a great view of the pools and ocean from the balcony, and they were both easily accessible from the condo. It was a great vacation overall!

Outstanding Opa’s Ocean Oasis!

We absolutely loved the condo and it was perfect for our family of four, including a teenager and tween. The wow factor included the massage chair - which the four of us used consistently! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with more than we could use, and the owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was spotless and we loved being able to use the commercial washer and drier so we didn’t have to worry about doing laundry when we arrived back home. The decor was of high-quality and we even are interesting in purchasing the exact sectional for our own home! Communication with Steve was wonderful. Easy check-in and check-out. No need for keys! Overall, I think that Villa Capriani needs a little bit of TLC (especially the parking lot when it rains) which has nothing to do with the condo itself. We felt right at home and hated to leave. We will book again! Five stars!

Great family getaway

The property was a great place for our family of 5. The place was clean and the ease of going in and out of the condo was great(no key just a key pad to enter and exit). The pools were great and the kids enjoyed hopping from pool to pool to hot tub to ocean. Anytime I had a question regarding the area I received responses very quickly. The restaurant on site, Splash by the Sea, was also a nice option(Saturday kids eat free). We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Beach Getaway

I am super picky when it comes to rentals and always scared that what I've rented will look nothing like the pictures. But honestly the pictures for this condo did not do it justice. The unit is beautiful and it's obvious from when you enter the condo that it's also a space that the owners either use or care about a lot because of all the special touches in the decor and amenities in the condo. I truly felt like we were being hosted in someone's home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked for all the cooking you'd want to do, there's swimming toys and boogie boards, you have a wonderful view of the ocean and the resort, the TVs and HVAC controls are new and updated...and they give you chocolates when you arrive lol! I would also talk about the massage chair but my husband and son were parked in it all week so I never got to use it lol! I honestly can't say enough about how happy we were with the unit. The location on the beach was great...not too crowded and we enjoyed the resorts pools. The owners are super nice and the communication was great - this was definitely an A+ experience and we'd love to come back again!

Great condo... exactly as advertised! It's clean and feels like everything is new. It's exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The balcony view was so nice and we spent hours there. The arcade machine was so much fun, and the massage chair too. We will definitely be coming back for a longer vacation.
