Shipwatch Villas is an oceanfront condominium located at the northern tip of the island where you can enjoy a private beach access and oceanfront swimming pool with sundeck. Wooden walkways link the entire Shipwatch community and extend to dune bridges that provide easy and convenient access to the beach. A large swimming pool provides fun for both residents and guests. Barbeque grills in garden settings are available and are the perfect way to end a tranquil afternoon on the island. Additionally you have easy access to local amenities like running and bike paths, a seasonal farmers market, outdoor musical events, and much more. With gorgeous ocean views from your balcony, living room, and primary bedroom suite, you will find yourself immersed in the perfect water escape for your ideal beach vacation.

Kitchen: Dining at Counter for 4, Children Table for 2, stainless steel refrigerator freezer, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, extra wide stainless sink with pull spray faucet

Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, chest of drawers, wall mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite access to porch, ensuite bath

Primary Ensuite Bath: custom tile shower, toilet, oak vanity , shaker mirror, solid surface countertop & single sink

Guest Bedroom: 2 double beds, credenza with Smart TV, ceiling fan

Guest Bath: double vanity, bathtub and shower with tile surround, toilet

Laundry: washer and dryer



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

No Smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. 



Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
