🌊 Welcome to Your North Topsail Beach Retreat at 104 Sea Oaks Drive - Coastal Haven!

Ideally situated in a peaceful North Topsail Beach neighborhood, this charming coastal duplex offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 6 guests, this home is designed for couples, families, and small groups looking to unwind steps from the sand.

🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Bedroom 1: King bed with ample storage space, television, walk-in closet, private balcony, and a small workspace.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet, television, and private balcony
Living Room: Sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests

ALL bed linens and bath towels are included. (1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:

Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning, hosting a cozy movie night, or simply lounging together, this spacious living area invites you to slow down and enjoy the island atmosphere.

The large and spacious kitchen is located off of the living room and equipped with everything you need for easy meals at home. A dining table for four provides the perfect spot for shared breakfasts, family dinners, or game nights. The layout is convenient and guest-friendly, with direct access to the front balcony so you can step outside for fresh air, drink your morning coffee, sip your evening cocktail, or dine outdoors. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a stacked washer/dryer, as well as a half bathroom, making it simple for guests to freshen up without going upstairs. It’s especially handy during mealtime, beach days, or when entertaining.

Please, keep in mind that the provided welcome bags are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week-long stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own additional paper products once the starter items have run out.

Guests have access to a private community dock, perfect for taking in waterfront views, enjoying peaceful sunsets, or casting a fishing line. The dock also includes a convenient kayak launch, making it easy to slip into the water and explore the surrounding marshes and calm Intracoastal waterways. Whether you’re an early-morning paddler or just love being by the water, this amenity adds a special coastal touch to your stay.

HOUSE RULES:

-Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete
-Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit
-Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $250 per pet
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age
-NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises
-Absolutely NO smoking
