Tucked into the dunes on the quiet north end of Topsail Island, Topsail Dunes offers guests a large in-ground pool, a family recreation area with a playground, grills, and dedicated beach access. This gorgeous, family-friendly condo provides guests with a beachfront escape and unparalleled views of the beach and the ocean from the large living and dining areas. Spend your days soaking up the sun and watching the boat traffic on the Intracoastal on your private balcony, conveniently furnished with enough tables and chairs. The carpeted living area features inviting sofas, chairs, board games for the entire family, dozens of books, a TV, and a wet bar in the corner. Show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen with tiled floors, all major appliances, including a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar.

This property is amazing! Easy access to the beach and incredible views from inside! A few concerns with cleanliness like some stains on the living room walls, but overall the experience overshadowed these issues! The elevator did stop working for one day/night but the issue was resolved by the next day. Check-in and out was super convenient with the door code. We would stay again!

Our 'Oceanfront' experience has never been this Beautiful!

We had a *remarkable*, restful stay at this beautiful Topsail Dunes Condominium! It was immaculate with everything we needed to fully experience beautiful North Topsail Beach, oceanfront! I loved the front living & dining rooms where the ocean view fills up the windows! And if that isn't enough- the kitchen window also has a beautiful view of the ocean! It was amazing waking up to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean every morning! The furniture was clean & very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped! Both bathrooms were immaculate. We will for sure seek to stay in this N. Topsail oceanfront 'home' again & again!

Beautiful ocean front condo

The views from the communal living areas of the condo are beautiful. You can see the ocean from any part of the living room, dining room, or kitchen. The access to the beach makes it easy to bring toys and chairs, and it’s close enough that it’s easy to pop back up to the condo if you forget something. The screened in porch was so convenient to have a place to leave our beach toys, fishing gear, beach cart, and shoes so it doesn’t clutter up the other living areas. We enjoyed the big dining room table and the extra table in the living room for family meals and looking at all the shells and shark teeth we found on the beach. We cooked and ate all of our meals in the condo, and we had all of the dishes, utensils, and appliances we needed. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. The outdoor pool is nice and big with a deep end that’s 8.5 feet deep. The location near the end of the island is convenient and easy to navigate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Terrific!

We’ll appointed home that was exceptionally clean! We LOVED being right on the beach to feel the ocean breezes and feel the salt air-the temperatures were moderate so we left the windows open the entire week-just ferric!!!

Management company is horrible.

The property/condo/location is great. The management company, stinks! You see the elevator that they say in “accessible” is inoperative. When I called about it I was told someone would be in touch shortly. They were not! Which meant I had to carry my mother up 3 flights of steps. Good thing she is a slight woman and it wasn’t really on the 4th floor as indicated on the listing. It was unmanageable so down we went the next day & I had to rent her a hotel room. Several residents said the elevator had been inoperative for about 30 days & no one knew when it would be fixed. Would’ve been good to know before we rented?! The parking tag provided is dated 2022. The accessibility ramp was painted without warning. So..if I hadn’t already taken mom to a hotel or able to carry her, she’d still be there. There is a late check out option which of course comes with an extra charge. Since I was going back and forth from the condo to a hotel and had already not been able to enjoy the condo for about a day, getting mom settled, I choose that option. Check out day comes and twice I get a knock on the door around regular check out time by the cleaning staff. They were very nice and I explained I had paid for the time. They were unaware. I sent the management company a preview of my review & basically got a thank you. No apologies AT all and no offer of compensation for the extra expense/inconvenience. If a VASCO property, move on to the next one!
