Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed. The concierge was fantastic and helped us in a timely manner. The pool and grounds were well manicured and clean. The access to the beach was fantastic. Everything was truly wonderful. The only recommendation I would give is to invest in better bath towels. The bath towels were very thin and old and there was only one per person allowed. But that really is a small thing in the grand scheme. Everything was fantastic! We are very thankful that we found this property.

The condo was very nice for us. 1st floor, beach front with an outdoor balcony facing the ocean, it was very nice!The problem was Villa Capriani management. Our car was hit overnight the first night we were there. Management at Villa Capriani didn't care. They wouldn't even check the video on the security cameras! The North Topsail Police were very nice about it and wrote up the full report. The Police and our insurance (Nationwide) could not get management at Villa Capriani to respond. It's listed as a hit and run so we're stuck with the bill. Even security at VC told us that management is terrible about responding to guests issues.It's really to bad because the condo and the location are beautiful!Need new management at Villa Capriani, people who actually work and care about the business!

Mostly good.

Decent stay. Unit was clean. Excellent view from unit! Kitchen had all we needed and more for home cooked meals. Could use some steak knives. Check in and out was a breeze.Furniture in the unit was comfortable and in good shape. Master bed mattress had decent support. Unit floor had soft spot/warped, unit entryway needs ceiling painted [looked to be in processes]. Found mold in dishwasher so we didn't use it. No beach towels as noted by amenities description.There were 3 beach chairs, umbrella and lots of beach toys which was useful and we appreciated having them available.Villa Capriani building was a little run down. Despite their website noting the pools opened April 1, by Apr 15 only the one large pool and two TINY hot tubs were open, other 3 pools closed the whole time of our visit. Because of the small size, hot tubs were always full. One of the two hot tubs was cold/closed the last night of our stay. The hot tub with jets had no working jets. Button to exit pool gate didn't work. No recycling near garbage dumpster.

Perfect location

This condo was in a perfect location, right on the beach!! The unit was a bit dated but it had everything we needed. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on but that’s not uncommon for sofa beds. I would definitely consider renting again.

Beautifully appointed oceanfront Condo

We loved it from the minute we first entered Beachaholics! Being able to eat meals on the balcony or simply sit inside the glass doors overlooking the beach was a perfect way to relax in this beautifully decorated condo. It had everything available as well to make our stay quite comfortable for us we are looking forward to

Clean and Functional Right on The Ocean

Property is as advertised and my suite overlooked the ocean, which was about a football field distance away. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, which were pleasant in late October. Easy access to the beach. Unit was clean and well maintained.
