The home consists of 6 large bedrooms with 6.5 baths along with additional sleeping quarters that will allow for a capacity of 17 guests.

The bedding setup consists of: 2 kings, 3 queens, 2 twins, 1 pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and a queen sleeper sofa.

As you enter the home from the main living level (level 2) you will find an extra-large kitchen, dining area, oceanfront living area and a separate sound-side living area (sunset room) along with a separate food storage pantry and a half bath. This level also has a large bedroom with a king bed and full private bath.

The main living room is on the oceanfront side of the house and is equipped with a large sectional sofa, comfortable chairs including a recliner, ottoman, end tables and lamps and an entertainment center with a large flatscreen TV. There is a wall of glass on this side of the home that perfectly showcases the beautiful Atlantic Ocean right outside your door. This room also provides direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find seating for enjoying those mesmerizing ocean views.

The secondary living room (sunset room) on this level is to the rear of the house and it offers some of the best sunset views onTopsail Island. This room is equipped with 2 large sofas, arm chairs, end tables and lamps, coffee table and curio cabinets. There is also a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall in this room.

The kitchen is enormous and well equipped with all that is needed for basic meal preparations. There is a very long center island bar area with a prep sink and extra bar seating for 8 guests. The major appliances include a large fridge with water and ice dispenser, a range / oven combination and a dishwasher. The countertop appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and faces directly out to the beautiful sparkling Atlantic Ocean. There is a large dining table that will seat 10 comfortably. This dining area is open to the livingroom and kitchen which provides for great family gatherings.

The bedroom on this level is set up as one of the king masters with a full private bath and direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

As you move up to the next level of the home you will find 3 additional bedrooms each with their own private bath.

There is a king master to the south side of the home (oceanfront) and it has a private bath with jacuzzi and a walk-in shower.

One of the bedrooms has a queen bed (oceanfront) and a private full bath with walk-in shower.

The final bedroom on this level has two twin beds with a private full bath with walk-in shower.

Now we will move down to the ground level of the home.

This area is like a large bonus area with a large living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms each with private baths and a laundry area.

The ground level living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, arm chairs, end tables and lamps, ceiling fan and a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. This room provides direct access out to the oceanside covered porch.

Adjacent to this room is a extra sleeping area with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and a full kitchen with seating for dining.

On this level you will find two bedrooms with queen beds along with their own private baths with walk-in showers.

There is a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
