5BR Oceanfront Home on North Topsail Sleeps 15 - Pool & Hot Tub

We hope your stay with us on majestic Topsail Island will be as magnificent and satisfying as you had ever hoped in your best dreams and imaginations. We named our home ‘Island Time” in hopes that everyone who visits will be able to slow down to relax in the sun and surf! Island Time has 5 bedrooms and it set up to sleep 15 comfortably. The bed arrangement is 2 kings,1 queen, 2 twins, 1 set of bunks (2 twins), 1 pyramid bunk (twin over full) and a queen sleeper sofa. There are 4.5 baths throughout the house with a jacuzzi tub in the master.

There is a wall of windows the full width of the house which highlights an expansive and unobstructed ocean view. The house is equipped with a full kitchen and all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.

The kitchen is southern exposure which allows wonderful waterviews from almost all directions.

The oceanfront deck has a private hot tub and lots of comfortable seating for enjoying those glistening Atlantic Ocean views. Adjacent to your deck there is a convenient beach access that allows you to quickly reach the beautiful white sandy beaches of Topsail Island. Oceanridge Village provides a lovely community pool only a short walk from the home. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day thru September 30, dusk to dawn (weather permitting) Dates and times may change so speak to a reservationists for more up to date details. The pool is controlled by the Oceanridge Village Homeowners Association and not the homeowner nor Coastline Realty.

This is a very lovely Topsail Island rental home in a beautiful oceanside community of North Topsail Beach. We feel certain you will enjoy your stay here and want to return as many others have.

Hot Tub will be available year-round with a mandatory $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil,Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.

***** Island Time was exactly as advertised. It's a very comfortable house and very functional. We love the large oceanfront porches and the hot tub. The beach in front of this house is so peaceful and private. Its almost like having your own private island right outside your door. This was our first trip to Island Time but we will return.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
