Luxury at its finest! This lovely Topsail Island beach home will provide you the ultimate beach vacation destination. Here you will enjoy the magnificent and unobstructed views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean right outside your door. With a large community pool only steps away and a private hot tub on the oceanfront deck, you will experience an exciting vacation that you and your family will not soon forget.

This home features 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths and will sleep 14 comfortably. The bedding set-up includes 1 king, 3 queens, 4 twins (3 of which are in a sleeping loft quarters) and a queen sleeper sofa.

The decks on this home are massive and provides shaded covered areas as well as open areas for sunning so that everyone can enjoy the great outdoors and wonderful ocean views. There are lots of outdoor seating including rockers, chase lounges and picnic tables which provide for great family time together on this super large outdoor deck. And don’t forget the large hot tub where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes during the day or you can admire the flickering starry skies at night while sipping on your favorite beverage. This is vacationing at its finest!

As you enter this luxury beach vacation home your eye will quickly be drawn to the living area where it appears as a lovely vision of white. Beautiful white fabric sofas in the living room have a feel of elegance and luxury. Ceiling fans and recessed lighting provide a light and airy feeling, while expansive oceanfront windows make way for incredible oceanviews. The large flatscreen TV in the corner provides cable to keep the group occupied and entertained for hours. WiFi is also provided throughout the home.

The den (additional sitting area) on this level joins the main living room and can be utilized as a spot for quiet time or simply doing computer work while others are in the main living room. This room features a sofa, arm chair, coffee table, end tables and lamps, ceiling fan and recessed lighting.

The kitchen is just wonderful and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations along with all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a large double door fridge with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, a smooth top range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The lovely white cabinets are custom shaker style and all capped with beautiful granite countertops. There is a center island that also doubles as extra dining space for 4 additional guests (bar stools). The beautiful oak hardwood flooring flows seamlessly throughout the kitchen and all adjoining living areas. There is a convenient half bath located just off the kitchen. The chef of the group will be thrilled to create all the family’s favorites from the wonderful and well-equipped kitchen.

The dining area is just fabulous and the views are simply amazing from this location. The table is very large and will accommodate up to 10. The dining table is situated directly in front of a wall of windows (7 to be exact) and the ocean is directly in front of you. This is definitely “dining by the sea” and you will not want to leave this spot.

For those that prefer to have their meals outside there is a large picnic table on the covered portion of the oceanfront deck, only steps from the kitchen.

To the rear of the home, on this same level, you will find bedroom 1 which is equipped with a queen bed, night stands, wall mounted reading lamps, ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, flatscreen TV mounted on wall and a private full bath with glass shower, vessel sink and decorative ship lap walls.

As you move up to the next living level by way of the lovely oak stairwell, you enter directly into a centralized seating area which doubles as a bonus sleeping quarters with queen sleeper sofa. This area also has two comfortable arm chairs, end tables and lamps, coffee table, recessed lighting and ceiling fan. From this location there is direct access out to the top-level oceanfront balcony which is equipped with two outdoor chairs.

Bedroom 2 on this level is north facing and is equipped with a queen bed and a small sleeping loft with a twin bed. This room also has a dresser/mirror, side mounted ceiling fans, night stands with lamps, closet and hardwood floors.

Bedroom 3 on this level is north facing and is equipped with a queen bed, twin bed and a small sleeping loft with 2 twins. This room is also equipped with a dresser/mirror, TV, closet, side mounted ceiling fan and hardwood flooring.

Between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 you will find a full bath with tub and shower combination, large solid surface vanity and tile flooring. This room also doubles as a laundry room and is equipped with a full-size front load washer/dryer.

Bedroom 4 is the grand master suite and it is on the south facing side of the home. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, wall mounted reading lights, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, recessed lights, large mounted flatscreen TV, closet, dresser/storage chest and a seating area with love seat, end table and lamp. This master suite is also equipped with its own private luxury bath with a large soaking tub, marble top vanity and floors and a large glass walk-in shower.

This home has an enclosed garage that will accommodate two medium size vehicles and room for two others in the outside parking area (4 vehicles total).

There is an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water which is great for rinsing off after a long day on the beach.

The Hot Tub is Available Year-Round with a Mandatory Activation Fee of $80.00 During the Price Break, Tranquill, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Getaway Seasons.

At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
