4BR House in North Topsail Beach with Ocean & Sound Views

This 4-bedroom 3.5 bath townhome-style half duplex is located on the northern-most tip of Topsail Island, just steps from the beach. It is perfectly positioned for maximum views of not only the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, but the Intracoastal Waterway as well as the New River Inlet. From almost every room and every window in the home, you will be able to experience some of the most beautiful mesmerizing views that Topsail Island has to offer.

As you enter the home at the first living level you will immediately notice the beautiful new flooring and freshly painted walls that sets the stage for the rest of the home. This home was totally remodeled and outfitted with new accessories in late 2019. It has a like new appearance and is in outstanding condition.

The first living level will consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that will accommodate the bedrooms on this level. There is also a laundry area that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

The 4th bedroom is nearest the entrance of the home and is equipped with two twin built-in bunks. This is a great place for the kids to hang out and have their own private space.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen bed, dresser and various nights stands and lamps, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV and has its own private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom is on the ocean side of the home and has direct access out to the oceanside deck where you will be able to enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

Bedroom 2 is across the hallway and is also on the oceanside of the home. It has direct access out to the oceanside deck and allows for the same great ocean views. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, dresser and various night stands and lamps. Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway you will find a full bath.

As you move up to the next level of the home (2nd level) you will enter the main living area. The living room Is equipped with several sofa’s and comfortable chairs that allows for great family time together. This room is also equipped with a large flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, various end tables and lamps, wall art and convenient half bath. WiFi is provided throughout the home. This room also provides direct access out to the large oceanside deck which is equipped with comfortable seating for enjoying those cool ocean breezes and fabulous water views. It just doesn’t get much better than this!

Adjacent to the living room is the all new kitchen which provides everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen was also remodeled in late 2019 and has all new solid surface countertops and all new cabinetry. From the kitchen you will have fabulous views of the Intracoastal/Sound to the rear and the ocean to the front. What a joy it will be to prepare your family meals with these water views in all directions.

The dining area is just off the living room and provides ample seating for the family to enjoy their meals together. There is also extra seating at the kitchen bar area. Here you have wrap-around windows that showcase the beautiful views of the water in every direction. You will not want to leave this table!

As you move up to the top (3rd level) you will enter the master suite, and what a master it is. The whole floor is dedicated to the master suite. There is a sitting area just off the master that is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, table and lamps and a round window that showcases the great ocean views. The master itself is equipped with a king bed, dresser, night stands, two comfortable chairs and direct access out to its own private oceanside deck. The master also has its own private bath with a free-standing soaking tub surrounded with windows to showcase the Sound and ICW views, and it also has a separate walk-in shower. This is a great master suite that offers much privacy and lots of amenities.

This is an outstanding home, situated in a perfect location with fabulous views, and very convenient access to the beach. All this at such an affordable price, makes Foot Prints a top choice for a great vacation destination.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
