Brand New in 2023. Beautiful 3 Bedroom / 2 bath luxury cabin with Hot Tub is located in the prestigious gated community of Legacy Trails. Come and enjoy the privacy and seclusion this cabin offers, just a short 25 minutes north of Hochatown in the scenic Kiamichi Mountains. The fully furnished Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with all the amenities of home! With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, Villa Susan offers ample privacy and room for families or couples! The Utility room, offers a full size washer and dryer. On those chilly evenings, nestle up to the beautiful stone fireplace in the living room or choose to sit outside around the fire pit, taking in the stars and roasting smores. Firewood is provided! Plenty of seating for all on a large deck with lounge chairs to soak in the sun, read a book or just rest in nature's beauty. A charcoal park style grill for those who enjoy outdoor cooking is located just off the back porch and enjoy an outdoor lunch on a full size custom picnic table! Come soak in the private hot tub located on the fully covered back porch! Deer, squirrels, foxes and other wildlife are home to the area! Private access to the Mountain fork river is just minutes away where you can enjoy fishing, swimming and kayaking. Kayaks, paddles and life vest are available during season, and are subject to unavailability during inclimate weather, high or rising river levels and cold temperatures.

For off property entertainment, Villa Susan is centrally located about 25-30 minutes from Hochatown where guests can find unlimited options and activities. Visit the Maze, Luxury putt putt, go carting, petting zoo, wineries, breweries, Lake Broken Bow, Beavers Bend State Park, horse back riding, restaurants, shopping, hiking, fishing and even a brand new Choctaw Casino coming in spring of 2024, just to name a few.

Villa Susan is also conveniently located only 25 miles from the Talimena Scenic Drive where guests can enjoy a beautiful drive along the Rich Mountains. Photography, hiking
and a visit to Queen Wilhelmina State park are a must!

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving week at the Villa Susan Cabin and away from the City life. The weather was perfect for a walk down to the river. Being able to enjoy our morning coffee on the deck and watch the deer go from the side of the cabin to the open area in front of the cabin. We will definitely be back!! Also, thank you for allowing dogs!! We all thank you for the perfect stay!!

We spent most of our time star gazing, kayaking and just enjoy the absolutely beautiful of our surroundings! Memorial weekend

This is either our second or third stay at Villa Susan and we always seem to forget how much we love it here! The property is so clean and peaceful! It had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. We even saw deer again. We absolutely recommend this cabin and hope to be back soon.

Nice weekend stay in roomy cabin

Only negative comment is the traffic on highway south in Hochatown and Broken Bow as we ran into 30+ minute delays twice. The rental was clean, nice, slept well. Nothing missing. It's what I would want to offer if I had a cabin.

GRAND-cation!

Villa Susan DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My grandson renamed it Villa Connor! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. It was the perfect place to take my GRANDkids on a little vacation! Everything we needed was in the cabin. The property manager was awesome at providing tips of things to enjoy, and the firework show was phenomenal. We enjoyed the kayaking at the private entrance to the river. We enjoyed every single second and wished we had booked a longer stay. IT WAS PERFECT...and we left with such wonderful memories!!!

Last minute weekend trip

We have stayed at Villa Susan once before and was happy to come back! Can’t say enough about this cabin. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and overall nice property and peaceful location. Looking forward to a longer stay next time!

Cozy and Quiet!

My wife and I stayed at Villa Susan for an anniversary weekend getaway. The cabin was VERY clean and well stocked with essentials. Check in/out was a breeze. Just be careful when pulling into the neighborhood with a low clearance car, the entry has been partially washed away by rain and left a large hole you will want to drive around if you can. The hot tub was also very clean without any harsh chemical odor... and 102 degrees! We could not have asked for a quieter and more secluded place to enjoy some overdue peace and serenity. We might even bring the kids next time! 😂

Beautiful cabin

We only stayed two nights but could have stayed a lifetime. Beautiful and clean cabin with all of the necessities. Peaceful location and even saw deer outside the window. Beds were super comfy and nice large hot tub. Communication with owner was prompt and directions were easy. Can't wait to stay again!!!!
