Welcome to this charming ground-floor maisonette located right in the heart of Sliema, just steps away from the popular promenade. The studio is small but very cozy, thoughtfully decorated with care and attention to detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

📍 Location
The apartment is situated on a busy street, with large windows facing the road. The windows are covered with blackout curtains – when closed, they offer full privacy, though it's possible to see people outside when they're open.
👉 Please note: this is not recommended for guests looking for a quiet or silent environment. It’s ideal for those who enjoy being in a lively, central location close to everything.

🚗 Getting Around
We do not recommend renting a car, as parking in the area is limited, especially during high season. However, the bus stop is just a few steps away, making it very easy to explore the island by public transport.

🌬️ Climate Note
Malta is a very humid island all year round. For a more comfortable stay, we recommend keeping the dehumidifier switched on during your visit.

This studio is a great base for discovering Malta if you want to stay in the middle of the action, close to shops, restaurants, and the seafront. It's not suited for those looking for total quiet, but it’s perfect for guests who want comfort, convenience, and a true city vibe.

It's in the centre of Sliema, find a parking will not be easy. Perfect if you want discover the island by bus ;) the bus stop is just 100 mt away ;)

You can access the apartment using the bus route TD3 followed by a short walk.

Noise can be heard from passers by or cars. Also, note that in the kitchen there is no cold water,only hot from the water heater. There is also a dehumidifier in the apartment which needs to be emptied daily. The headboard of the bed is a bit loose.
