Summary:

A beautiful island home designed for families of all types to make lasting memories. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a basement filled with toys and games, and a library with 100+ books covering everything from business to babies. This tranquil holiday home is prepared to host 3 adults and 2 kids (total of 5 people). It is your family's home away from home.

Our bed & bedroom layout:

- 1 main double bedroom, ideal for a couple

- 1 smaller double bedroom, best suited for two children (please note the bed is slightly smaller than a standard double)

- 1 sofa bed for one adult — this is located in a separate room, not in the living area



The Space:

The goal: living on an island in a beautiful family home – a space for families of all types and sizes to make lasting memories. Picture a fully equipped kitchen where you can brew your favorite coffee or prepare a simple meal for your young (and sometimes fussy) eaters. A basement filled with both trendy and timeless toys, games, and entertainment corners. A library that started with over 100 books – from business to babies – covering just about every topic imaginable. A tranquil, two-bedroom home to call your own for a few days.



The home itself? It starts with our traditional Maltese door – the first thing you’ll fall in love with. This home has history. Walk into a grand entrance hall – just like traditional Maltese homes from decades past. A spacious landing leads to a bright, open area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a small terrace. It feels like home from the very start.



From here, you can head downstairs to the entertainment level, or upstairs to the restful retreat. If you’re traveling with kids – no matter their age – you’ll likely find yourselves being pulled downstairs. The toy collection is hard to resist: from Paw Patrol to Minions, Barbie to Cars – we’ve got it all. A word of warning: if you’re planning to explore the islands, getting the kids to leave the basement might be the biggest challenge of your day.



This level also includes a guest bathroom and our beloved library area. We’ve even added a desk – perfect for remote workers or, interestingly enough, a few of our favorite guests have used it as a poker table!



Back on the ground floor, a staircase leads up to a bright and spacious top level. Here you’ll find the master bedroom – grand, simple, and serene. A bathroom with a generously sized bath and a shower, a second double bedroom full of light (a favorite with kids), and a third room with a sofa bed – often used as a reading nook.



With high-speed internet, a well-stocked library, a washing machine & a dryer, a coffee machine, a smart TV, poker, toys, and comfy bedding – we’ve thought of everything. From our family to yours, we truly hope you enjoy every moment of your stay in Malta. We appreciate you, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay outstanding.

Yes, you’re in the heart of Sliema – one of the island’s most vibrant towns, known for its shopping, eateries, and spectacular promenade. However, this holiday home is nestled in a quiet residential area, giving you a real glimpse into what everyday life in Malta feels like.

You’re in control of your days. Retreat into the cozy comfort of our home and let the kids dive into hours of fun on the entertainment level. Or whisk the whole family away for exciting adventures – boat trips, water sports, hiking, swimming, the national aquarium, and so much more, all designed with love and family in mind.

This holiday townhouse has a private entrance. The roof top features a washing room with a washing machine and a dryer.



The Neighborhood:

This beautiful holiday home in the heart of one of the most celebrated localities in Malta. Sliema is buzzing and beautiful. The location is prime & full of so many activities - great eateries, shopping malls, popular coffee shops & incredible churches and an intriguing history. It’s also really close to Sliema’s charming traditional inner streets which show the hallmarks of Malta’s glorious past. This locality is a networking hub where travellers and locals across all paths connect, cultivate new friendships and kick-start exciting business opportunities. Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta or explore some of Malta’s beautiful villages. A quick walk from this apartment and you can also hop on a ferry to visit the south of the islands. If you’re renting a car then you’ll be happy to hear that it’s relatively easy to find street parking (look out for the white boxes) very close to this holiday home.



Getting Around:

This holiday townhouse is a five minute walk from Sliema promenade a very popular area for shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Here you'll also find regular boats which will take you to Valletta Malta's capital city or the Three Cities in the South of Malta. Buses are frequent and very efficient while taxi services are extremely popular because they are very affordable.



Other Things to Note:

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
