Lake Arrowhead Skyforest Chalet -Newly Remodeled

Recently Remodeled, this spacious and beautiful French style chalet is the perfect home to get away and relax.

The cabin was built in 1979, and is located on an entire acre of land and is very private and secluded. The main home is 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Below the main deck is a studio apartment with one bedroom, one full bathroom, an extra kitchen and an extra washer/dryer. Only 2 miles to the Lake Arrowhead Village, and 1 Mile to Skypark at Santa’s Village.


Guest access
The entire house and studio is available to guests. The garage is offered to guests as needed.

2500 Square foot home and separate studio. Featuring a large patio deck with a hot tub and fire pit, and barbecue.

The house has 3 levels. On the upper level is the main living area . Where you will find the main entry, kitchen, dining room, living room and mud room. The living room has a fireplace and leads out to a balcony with an outdoor dining table. This level also offers one full bathroom and one bedroom. This bedroom has a king size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There are stairs on the interior and exterior of the house to access the first and second floors. Downstairs to the second floor you’ll find the laundry room, master bedroom with bathroom, another full bathroom , bedroom and Pool table room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed and queen bed. The Pool Table room leads out to a huge deck with jacuzzi hot tub, fire pit and patio furniture. Down one last flight of stairs leads you to our newly renovated studio with its own kitchen, bathroom, laundry machine, foldout couch and king size bed.


This home is off of a smaller private road, please note that there is only enough parking for 3 cars at the property. In winter seasons the roads can become icy or covered in snow. It is important that you bring vehicles that are equip to handle such conditions. The side access road is blocked off during winter months as it cannot be maintained.

We ask that you kindly remember that this is a cabin surrounded by nature and wildlife. We do our best to ensure the home is kept in great condition for your stay. However, being that it is outdoors the cabin is subject to intense weather, falling branches, and any other natural occurrence.

We have no rules regarding an outdoor curfew. Quiet hours are after 9pm, meaning we just ask that any outdoor noise is kept low in an effort to not disturb neighbors.

This area does not provide a trash disposal service, and trash must be taken away by the guests. We have nearby access to a trash disposal site that you can use. You will receive instructions to access with your stay.
