Getaway in Lake Arrowhead - Hot Tub, Views, Fireplace, EVchg

Welcome to @Cabana2amigos ! This cozy 1983 two story cabin was inspired by two best friends. Cabaña Dos Amigos was designed for one to unwind, relax, and escape. You can enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, relax in our hot tub or grill your favorite burger on the deck looking into the breathtaking forest views. While this newly remodeled cabin is the perfect couples getaway or a family getaway, its central location makes it easy for you to get around, yet far enough to feel out of town.
First Floor (Top): Walking into Cabaña Dos Amigos you are welcomed by a natural stone fireplace and views to the forest. Enjoy our smart TV, record player, & games, all located in the living room. Walking past the living room onto the top deck you will have an eating area for two and a BBQ for you to grill all your favorite cravings while looking into the beautiful forest. Next to the living room we have our kitchen, we have FOUR different ways to make your morning cup of coffee. Also, we know getting food to go is amazing, but we both know nothing beats a tasty home cooked meal right? Well, that's why we have all the cooking utensils you'd need to cook an amazing home cooked meal. We have all the spices ready to go, cooking oil, & pans of all sizes! On the other side of the kitchen is the bathroom. This bathroom comes with a washer and dryer for you to use up to two loads.
Second floor (Downstairs): Leaving the restroom; walking down the stairs we have the queen size bedroom (orange room) which comes with a desk for you to bang out any work or studying you may have to do. Walking across the hallway we have the "green room" which comes with two full beds, one being a bunk with a twin on top. Both rooms share the bathroom which comes with the shower. Our bathroom has just been fully remodeled with stone floor tile and pebble in shower to have the most relaxed shower as possible. On this same floor we have our second (lower) deck. This deck is equipped with two chairs for you to meditate or read your favorite books, all while listening to the blue jays flying right by you.
Third level down (Hot Tub): Entering the hot tub through the middle door in the bottom bathroom where you shower, opening the door you'll find a white hallway and you'll walk down and turn right... there you will open the door to the outside where you'll find our hot tub & an open space to meditate, read, or do yoga.
You will have access to entire cabin, decks, and driveway.
• There are 5 stairs from deck to front door.
• Also, PLEASE remember one side of deck is perfect for cars of any kind, other side (RIGHT side looking at cabin from street) has low clearance so a low car will scrape. Best to have SUV or Truck.
• You will be checking yourself in with our smart lock.
• Security cameras are on exterior of property for your safety and ours.

You will find Cabana Dos Amigos to be very centralized to everything in Lake Arrowhead. We are just 6 min away from the Village which has a supermarket, bars, mcdonals, coffee shops and many more cool things to check out. Also, we are just 4 min away from LouEddie's Pizza which to me is probably the best pizza on the mountain.
• we highly recommend for you to check the weather and roads prior to your stay.
• when staying during winter times you should bring all wheel drive/ 4x4 cars or chains, otherwise chp may not let you up the mountain.
• you may be responsible to remove any snow on driveway/ decks.
• incase of extreme weather conditions we highly recommend you to bring any essentials you may need if your car gets snowed in/ or experience extended power outages.
• our street gets plowed regularly.
• snow/ weather is not a justification for cancellation or refund.
House Rules:
• NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind on property.
• QUIET HOURS are from 9pm to 8am. Noise travels easily in the mountains & we ask that our guest be respectful of the full time residents that live nearby.
• PARKING- 2 cars Max on our deck. This is for safety reasons. Do not block deck or park in front of driveway to fit 3 cars. Please do not park anywhere on street. Deck is designed for one car and one SUV/truck due to having a low clearance on right side. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages.
• TRASH is to be taken out by guest, failure to do so will result in $50 trash removal fee.
• NO PARTIES/EVENTS: if a party or event is held without approval on airbnb platform. You will automatically be charged $1000 event fee.
• No sending or receiving mail or packages of any sort.
• FIREPLACE- The Fireplace is gas assisted, gas key control is located on left side of fireplace (when looking at it). Turn key slightly to light fire. If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to give me a call. Bring your OWN FIREWOOD, please DO NOT use anything but firewood like; pinecones, wood found outside & no boxes, etc. PLEASE DO NOT leave fireplace unattended if wood is still burning.
• There is no central AC just heater. We provide plug in fans (:
• Our minimum age to book is 25 years.
• DISHES - Please wash dishes. We have a dishwasher for you to use with two pods of soap. Please do not throw food, grease or any sort of trash down the sink.
• Please note we do not guarantee propane. If tank has propane you are more than welcomed to using it, if not you are welcomed to take it to get filled- location nearby.
• $20 fee for extra guest


-WHEN LEAVING:

2. Make sure fire place is turned off. No need to clean the fireplace, we take care of this for you (:
3. Please wash dishes. Two soap pods are left for you to use for dishwasher.
4.Please place all used towels back in bathroom to make it easier on cleaners when cleaning.
5. Please make sure to try your best to check out on time. Cleaners have tons of cleaning to do and get the cabin ready for next guest.
6. BBQ: Please clean bbq and make sure gas is off when done using it.
