What distinguishes this villa from the others is certainly the fact that this magnificent property is more than 150 years old and was home to one of Croatia\'s famous writers, Nikola Pulić. The location of the villa is perfect for those who want to enjoy nature yet still be able to visit historical Dalmatian towns nearby. This luxurious five star villa was renovated in 2018 and offers you peace and quiet for full relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of Skradin. All 5 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (bed size 180 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the 5 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin or a bath tub.The outdoor area features a gorgeous partly covered terrace where guests can enjoy the view of the area or just relax on the deck chairs besides the swimming pools. The surface of the pool is 32 sq. meters. Also, on the terrace guests can use 2 stone barbeques and outdoor kitchens while dining outside in the warm summer nights. There are two additional toilets just next to the 2 saunas and also 2 outdoor hydro massage tubs.Guests can also use 6 bikes and explore the area of the national park or just relax in the beautiful nature of the Skradin.
