Sunnyside Barn is a traditional farmhouse barn oozing character and original features throughout. Accommodating up to eight guests, resting in the tranquil village of Cracoe in North Yorkshire, with a range of shops, cafés, and pubs right within a short distance. Entering the property, you are greeted by a porch with plenty of space for those muddy boots. Wander through to find a cosy open plan lounge/dining area with a double sided wood burner. Benefitting large ceiling to floor windows where you can soak up the views of Cracoe Fell while you plan your days activities. Beside the dining room is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to prepare those home cooked meals or why not try a variety of local cuisines. Wander upstairs where you can choose from four bedrooms consisting of three double bedrooms one with an ensuite bathroom and one twin room with two standard sized single beds. Make your way to the family bathroom, where you will find a relaxing bath with a shower over, low level toilet and pedestal wash hand basin.

Externally the property is situated down a quiet lane overlooking rolling countryside, with parking available for up to 3 cars on the driveway. There’s also an allocated area with garden furniture outside. A warm welcome will always await you at Sunnyside Barn. Pub and restaurant 176 yards.

One interesting piece of information is the owner’s mother who lived here at Sunnyside Barn was secretary to the Rylstone WI. Where the inception of the Calendar Girls first started with raising funds for the charity leukaemia research, after John Baker succumbed to leukaemia. His family lived next door at Meadow Laithe. This was the result of the inspiration of the film based on a true story of a group of middle aged Yorkshire women who produced a nude calendar.
