This delightful, detached, handcrafted log cabin is situated in a quiet secluded spot near Skipton, set within two acres of its own grounds on the outskirts of Tosside on the border of North Yorkshire and Lancashire.

Enjoy a luxury log cabin / lodge experience at Gisburn Forest Lodge which offers you a getaway from it all retreat for a spacious self catering holiday, ideal for families, couples and mixed groups situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and Trough of Bowland. This spacious holiday lodge sleeps 6 people and can be rented for full weeks, short or long weekends and mid-week breaks.

Please note - STRICTLY no smoking, BBQs , fireworks, fires, candles or naked flames anywhere within the lodge or its grounds. This is an insurance requirement and is not negotiable- if you smoke, please book elsewhere

Inside Gisburn Forest Lodge - the Lodge can accommodate 2 people spacious, 4 people comfortably and 6 people cosy. Due to the secluded and very quiet nature of the location we cannot accept stag parties or similar. Strictly no music on the decking , garden etc , you are coming away to a tranquil location to be able to appreciate the peacefulness of the place .
With a large living / dining room, Smart TV, Netflix, a large comfortable corner sofa, making this a perfect place to rest after a day exploring all the local attractions. All bedding, towels and linen provided free of charge. Free broadband Wi-Fi throughout the lodge.

Outside the newly refurbished Lodge - the Lodge has a brand new, all weather, heated hot tub which is relaxing by day, where you can enjoy the wildlife and the peaceful sounds of Tosside beck trickling nearby. As dusk draws in you can spot the bats flying above, or by night where you see stars in the thousands, all in complete privacy set within 2 acres of peaceful Yorkshire countryside. You can have fun relaxing at the Lodge in the hot tub without being overlooked as it's set in private grounds not within a holiday park, with a large private decking area. Additionally the Lodge has a Zen Garden where you can sit on the comfy Sunset lounge and enjoy your favourite drink for a perfect end to your day.

Small wooded area and summer flower meadow give lots of opportunity for spotting wildlife in abundance- Deer, pheasants, owls, robins, squirrels, goats, llamas, horses, rabbits, ducks, geese, chickens, herons, bats and baby lambs all live around the property

The Lodge is set in an area with many tourist attractions. Nearby you can visit many great gastro pubs and restaurants with award winning hearty food. You can go mountain bike, stargazing in the dark sky, griding in nearby Gisburn Forest MTB trails, or road ride the popular country lanes, which played host to the recent tour de France visit & tour of Britain You can discover the Yorkshire Dales and Trough of Bowland. Golfing and fishing activities are also within short driving distance.
