Enjoy this large corner plot caravan situated in a beautiful location overlooking the lake on Southview Park Resort. It has gas central heating throughout. There is ample car parking.

It consists of 2 bedrooms one with double bed, en suite and ample wardrobe storage. 2nd twin room also with ample wardrobe space. There is also an electric inflatable double bed if extra sleeping is required with duvet and pillows but own bedding is required for this.

It has an additional conservatory giving extra seating area overlooking gardens, patio, wrap around decking and lake.

As a self catering caravan you will find everything you need to make your stay feel home from home. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker and well stocked utensils.

Living room with TV/DVD sites own WIFI. Music player, games, books. Built in electric home flame fire. Corner sofa, side tables, lamps.

Dining room with extendable table and chairs

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.

The bedding will be made up in the two bedrooms on arrival. Hand towels, tea towels, hair dryer and straighteners, iron and ironing board are all included to make your stay comfortable.
