Enjoy my beautiful corner plot caravan located on Southview Park Resort Skegness. My van provides home from home guest facilities with attention to detail throughout. If you love the great outdoors but also crave luxurious comfort, this caravan is your perfect destination.

It has a large conservatory giving the caravan additional living space and wrap around decking overlooking a large lake and private tranquil garden area.

Outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers to make your stay more relaxing.

Gas central heating throughout and living room with additional flame effect heat blow fire within a fireplace.

Living area with corner free standing sofa, coffee tables, lamps, TV/DVD/Music. Plenty of books and games for guest use. Sites own Wifi.

You'll find everything you need for a perfect self catering stay with dining area extendable table and chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, toaster, microwave, kettle and slow cooker and fully equipped cupboards with utensils for your use.

2 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 4 but up to 6 with additional electric easily inflatable double bed for use in living room or use of sofa with additional duvet and pillows.

Main bedroom double with en suite toilet and sink. Plenty of wardrobe space and dressing table.

2nd bedroom 2 twin beds with over bed cupboards, wardrobe and dressing area.

Main bathroom toilet, sink and walk in shower.

All bedding provided and made up on arrival, hand towels, tea towels, hairdryer, straighteners, iron, ironing board to make your stay comfortable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- No Smoking/Vaping in the van
- Free parking and ample spaces
- Sorry no pets
- The van must be left tidy as found please and all pots etc washed and put back. All bins emptied.
