Welcome to this newly renovated and well-planned apartment of 94 m², located on the basement level with a private entrance in charming Skärhamn on Tjörn. The accommodation can host up to 8 people and is perfect for a large family or a group wishing to vacation together.

There are two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is wider – as well as a spacious sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation also offers two toilets, one of which is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, and a separate laundry room with both washing machine and tumble dryer.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and large fridge/freezer makes cooking a pleasure. There is also a smart TV and fiber internet for fast connectivity. The house is heated with environmentally friendly geothermal heating and has space for up to three cars in the driveway.

Two to three pets are warmly welcome!

Skärhamn is one of Tjörn’s most beloved coastal communities, offering both a charming small-town feel and proximity to the sea. Just 800 meters from the accommodation is a beautiful sandy beach with shallow waters – perfect for both children and adults.

For art lovers, a visit to the Nordic Watercolour Museum is a must, and the area also offers several restaurants, cozy shops, and a delightful archipelago lifestyle to enjoy. For day trips, we recommend the cliffs in Rönnäng, boat tours to Dyrön, or exploring the Pilgrim Trail and Vallerö Nature Reserve.



Good to know about this accommodation:



• A deposit of 2000 SEK is mandatory and must be paid on the day of arrival. The deposit will be refunded approximately 1 week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be added: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves, cleaning materials are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent, but charging electric cars is not allowed.

• No smoking.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
