This apartment with cleverly designed spaces and amenities is located on the upper ground floor with a small balcony with limited sea view and stairs that lead to a lovely garden/patio with dining table and a hammock.
Note: The garden is of private use, however, there is an identical small garden next to it, that belongs to another flat.

There are few steps/stairs up and down to reach the flat.
Sleeping Arrangements: The apartment is can accommodate up to 4 people- Two (2) at a double queen bed in the main bedroom and two (2) at single beds in the living room where they can be isolated from the rest of the space by means of blackout curtains. An extra bed can come out so that 5 people can stay (but it is not recommended due to the lack of space - only recommended for a 3rd small kid).

Flat layout & amenities:
The master bedroom includes a double queen bed (160cmx200cm) and a wardrobe. The living room has two (2) single beds that can be used as sofas and direct access to a small balcony with limited sea view. From there, there is a staircase that leads to the small garden, with a big umbrella, a dining area and a hammock.

The bathroom is fully renovated with a monsoon shower and essential bathroom amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking basics.
All the beds are very comfortable to sleep on.
The living room is equipped with a small flat panel LCD TV with HDMi connectivity (for laptops, gaming systems etc.)
Accessibility/stairs: The flat is located on ground – upper ground floor, however, there are few steps/stairs up and down to reach the flat. More specifically about 15 steps/stairs up and then 10 steps down.
