The perfect home for your family or group to relax, enjoy and play. This house sits right on the golf course and is the perfect home to enjoy the peaceful setting and fresh air in the morning or afternoon. You will love the close proximity to the pickleball courts (1 minute away) and a short walking distance to Glaze Meadow pool, gym and recreation center (open year around). You will love the Sauna in the master Bedroom and the bi-fold patio doors off the dining room!
The space
This cozy 4 bed/2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. There are four separate bedrooms with one California King-size bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and one bedroom with a bunk bed that has full down and a single on top. There is a fireplace, couch and chairs for leisure in the living room, plus a dining area, and kitchen for preparing meals. You can open the bi-fold patio doors and extend the dinning room to the outdoors which is awesome, your kids will love running out onto the golf course at night! The high speed internet and large smart TV are perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
Guest access
Guest will have access to all the amenities Black Butte Ranch has to offer.
Other things to note
Also, please note that in Central Oregon Winters we often have snowy road conditions. We can also have smoke in the late summer and early fall. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. Thank you for your understanding!
