This property is as beautiful as the pictures with a stunning view of Lake Michigan, a quick walk to town, and a great driving distance to everything on the peninsula. The beds are great and the kitchen is well appointed. This is our second summer to spend a week here and it did not disappoint.

Great location in Sister Bay. Condo matches the photos, and was clean. Poor communication with the host, and did not reply to my messages and to message him for check in instructions. There is also no “pantry” of basics, which I have usually seen in rentals. This was mainly inconvenient because there was no salt/pepper or any food supplies such as salt/pepper, foil, ziplocks, etc.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was exactly as pictured. The place was clean, spacious, and stocked well. We would have loved to stay longer. The view of the bay is incredible and the porch was a relaxing place to hang out and feel the breeze.

Wonderful Place

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sister Bay condo in Door County. It was super close to food and entertainment as well as a Piggly Wiggly within walking distance. We had a great time on the deck and the view of the lake from so high up was a joy to look at every time. We’d highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a quiet and spacious condo overlooking the lake.

Beautiful Condo but poor communication

This condo is in an awesome location with a great view. Condo is beautiful a d not more than a few years old. Itnis walking distance to downtown sister bays shopping and restaurants. The only issue with the condo were the beds. Two of the rooms beds were very uncomfortably with them feeling like your were rolling to the middle of the bed. That didn't disrupt our enjoyment however. The condo was very spacious with three good size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our biggest issue was communication with the property manager. First on our way to Door County we reached out asking when we would get codes to get into the unit. We got a response a couple of hours later that they had sent an email when we booked almost 2 months prior. We pulled over and searched our emails and could not find anything. We emailed again and they responded that they had sent from their own email and to look for that. In my opinion for customer service reasons alone i would have assumed they would just reforward out the email. We pulled over again and did find the email in our junk mail. On Saturday before check out we had questions on what needed to be completed before leaving so i emailed. We never got a response. In fact we have still not gotten a response and it has been 2 weeks. In summary I would still recommend this condo due to the location, view and spaciousness.

Beautiful views and amenities

Beautiful view over Sister Bay with really nice amenities - elevator, in-unit laundry, kitchen appliances. Excellent contact with host. Had a couple of minor hiccups with cleanliness in the beginning - just do to confusion about which unit we were renting. Otherwise great stay!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Sister Bay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and you cannot beat the beautiful views! It’s in a quiet area within walking distance to downtown with lots of places to eat, drink and shop! Grocery store and local pharmacy are very close too! Can’t say enough about this place. We for sure would stay again. Michael the owner was easy to work with too!

This is my second stay in this condo and I love it. The condo has everything you need for your stay including a very well-stocked kitchen, laundry, beautiful furnishings and an amazing view of Sister Bay and the water. Luxury in Sister Bay

My husband and I spent a wonderful week with his adult cousins in Sister Bay at this beautiful condo which perfectly matched the online pictures. This condo had a lovely view of Lake Michigans bay from on the hill. We loved the outside balcony’s seating area. The furnishings inside were so pretty, the beds were great, kitchen well equipped, and property well supplied for our every need. We could walk downtown which was an added bonus. Our host responded immediately to one question I had. We are so happy we found this wonderful property.

Great getaway

Beautiful unit, as advertised. Spacious, beautiful lake views, very nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable. Has great views, but feels very private and separated from neighbors / town because it sits high up on the hill. Sitting on the deck, you clearly can hear the live music from Husby's in the summer evenings, but sitting inside the unit it is very quiet. We didn't hear much outside noise, and didn't hear neighbors at all. Very peaceful. Convenient parking, and the location is great, Sister Bay beach, several restaurants, bars and shops are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Our family of 4, including two teens, had a really fun week exploring Door County from this very nice and comfortable home base.

I would not recommend this property: We had to clean someone else’s toilet in order to be able to use it. Their dirty towels were still in the washer. The host said he inspected the property prior to us coming in, so seeing the toilet with brown/black stains made us wonder if we were sleeping in used sheets as well. The toilet was so bad it was hard to believe the place had been cleaned and/or inspected. The advertisement seems legit, they list a number of people to contact for issues related to cleaning, maintenance, and so on. However, no one shows up to help you. When I reported after entering the property that the toilet had a black/brown layers/stains and took pictures of it, the cleaning contact provided asked what property I was referring to and after I told them they stopped replying. Which made me think that that specific cleaning crew had not been in the property. The host said he would send someone but he never did. When I said to the host there were dirty towels in the washer he said “he didn’t think that would impact our stay” I should have thought that something was wrong when the host contacted us to say the property will not be ready for a 4 pm check-in as stated in the reservation and that we should come back at 5 pm.

Great stay

A clean and updated condo in a great location. We loved spending time at the bowling alley (within walking distance) and walking around the beautiful area. Michael was excellent about communication and we would highly recommend this property!
