Provided with every comfort, suitable for up to 6 people, Golden House - Sirmione Holiday is ready to welcome you for your vacation on Lake Garda!



We are in Colombare di Sirmione, in a quiet and intimate zone, just 100 meters from the downtown and from the beaches, as well as only 5-minutes away by car from Sirmione’s castle, Peschiera D/G, and about 15 minutes from Gardaland!



The Space:

We remind you that only one dog is allowed in this accommodation.

The dog may never access the fenced swimming pool area and will always have to be kept on a lead around the common zones of the flat complex. OTHER KINDS OF PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.



We also remind you that online check-in is mandatory prior to your arrival, by entering your data and documents via the Vikey service.





The accommodation is made of 2 big bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, which has a third pull-out bed, a living area with a double sofa-bed, a 55’’ Smart TV connected to a PlayStation 4 console videogame, an open-style kitchen with dining table, and an up-to-date accessorised bathroom. Outdoor you will find a large private terrace equipped with all comforts and a marvellous swimming pool with solarium and garden providing sun beds.

- DOUBLE ROOM

Our double bedroom is the one that, more than the rest, is provided with every comfort, ready to let you experience a vacation in the name of rest and peace!



Furnished with a modern and refined style, it offers a big double bed with a really snuggly mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for a calming and restful sleep.



In order to give you the maximum comfort, we have chosen for this room a big and cozy 4-door wardrobe with mirrors and a corner for the suitcases, as well as a dresser with drawers.



The room is fitted with a bright window-door of the “blind” balcony.



A central chandelier of design with a led enlightening system and an integrated fan controllable remotely gives the chance to create a unique-in-gender atmosphere.



A 40’’ Smart TV with directable arm to watch the TV while lying on the bed and a powerful cooler to make the entire ambience fresher in just a few minutes, is everything you may need to enjoy your evenings at Golden House - Sirmione Holiday!

- BEDROOM

What every child dreams of? Sleeping in a bunk bed!

This room is the perfect one for all Wolf’s young friends to chill, study and play :)!

Equipped with a fantastic bunk bed with a stepladder and side protection for the upper bed, it is accessorised by a comfortable and big 2-door wardrobe!



There is also a third pull-out bed that can be joined together with the lower bed of the bunk bed to obtain a double one.



For those who may need to find the room with the double bed already prepared upon arrival, you are kindly advised to ask us while reserving.



We remind you that the accommodation may host MAX 6 people.





- BATHROOM

The restroom is composed of a cosiest windowed space, supplied by a floor-level shower, WC, bidet, and sink with drawers, and a wall-mirror.



Besides, you will find a small laundry corner with a washing machine and dryer, so everything necessary for household cleaning, as well as a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

- LIVING ROOM

The spaces of the living area are characterised by minimal style furniture which donate elegance and modernity to the room, illuminated by big French windows facing the terrace which overlooks the surrounding green area.



A very comfortable Italian artisan sofa bed with a peninsula, upholstered by a sand color fabric with an angle-adjustable headboard, sits in front of a 55’’ Smart TV provided with Internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, apart from an amazing PlayStation 4 console!



Thanks to its integrated system, the sofa turns it out in a few seconds into a French double bed (140x190) with a real mattress, simply by pulling a string. To maximise your comfort, we leave at your disposal a memory foam topper to be put on the mattress of the sofa bed.



The entire ambient is climatized by a dedicated split.

Everything you need to enjoy memorable moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner!





- KITCHEN

Essential, modern, elegant.

The space is used at its best with a simple angular composition that develops vertically, with the cabinets arranged to use all the space available.



The steel sink and the induction hob are integrated in the pale-marble-effect top.



Accessorised with up-to-date appliances, complete with an oven, a fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher.



All the chromatic choices are made to create a relation of continuity with the kitchen and the rest of the living area, without removing brightness from the ambient and homogeneity from the overall.





- DINING ROOM

In the middle of the hall, a refined dining extendable table with a wooden topper, convenient chairs in industrial style, combined with a fantastic design chandelier.



To its back, a cozy Breakfast post provided with a microwave oven, a “NescafĂ© Dolce Gusto” espresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine, a traditional moka for a classical Italian coffee, a boiler, and a toaster.





- PRIVATE TERRACE

The ample private terrace has got about 15sqm of surface and widens itself on the whole living room side.



An outdoor dining table for 6 people and 2 lovely “zero gravity” loungers are the perfect thing to enjoy memorable moments of rest, together with a marvellous view of the swimming pool and the surrounding green.



Norths exposed, it guarantees shadow and fresh air almost always. The entrance, the living room, and the kitchen face onto it, illuminated above all during the last hours of the day.





- SWIMMING POOL

The pool of the residence (at common use) is located just a few steps from our private terrace, and it’s open seasonally and approximately from about mid-May to early October (it depends on the weather).



It is surrounded by a perfectly cared lawn with hedges all around, where you may place the sun beds.



The solarium area around the pool is fenced and equipped with life-saving appliances and a solar shower.



The dimension of the swimming pool is 8 m x 4 m, with a depth that gradually goes from 90cm to 160cm.





- FANS AND AIR-CONDITIONERS

In order to make your stay unforgettable, we have installed an air-conditioner in each room of the apartment. Besides, the two bedrooms are provided with a ceiling fan remotely controlled.



The principal windows are furthermore fitted out with mosquito nets with magnets to prevent insects from getting in.





- HOME AUTOMATION

Technology that helps us to live better is certainly not missing of at The Golden House - Peschiera Holiday!



The apartment provides an amazing Smart-Lock system, which will let you open the pedestrian gate, the automatic one, and the entrance door directly from your smartphone!



High-speed Internet with fibre optic is guaranteed by a modern and powerful router!



Heating is remotely regulated by a Wi-Fi thermostat of ultimate generation, while the air-conditioning is guaranteed by 3 potent coolers, also remotely controlled!



In addition, the garage area is video-surveilled for security reasons.





- PUBLIC PARKING

The accommodation provides an easy and wide free public parking (white stripes) on the external part of the residence, close to the entrance gate.





- GARAGE

You will have the chance to park your car in our private garage, which is located underground in the residence.
