Elegant villa on two levels with private pool, garden and terrace, located in a quiet residential area just a few steps from the lake, in Sirmione.



This charming property welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, and American coffee machine.

A large French door leads to the private porch, furnished with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining with a view of the exclusive-use pool.



The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. The master suite features a double bed, large wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also offers a double bed and wardrobe and benefits from access to the ground floor bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. On the upper floor, there is a third double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the villa’s private sun terrace.



The villa is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, and independent heating for the cooler months.



Guests also have access to a spacious garage inside the property (dimensions: width 7.2 m, length 8.08 m, height 2.4 m).



The private pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Guests may request a crib and a highchair at an extra cost of €5 per night each. Pets are allowed upon request, with a small extra fee.



A self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently.



Upon arrival or a few days prior, guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.



Known as the “Pearl of Garda”, Sirmione enchants from the very first glance. Its ancient walls guard a rich historical and natural heritage, revealed through the visit to the majestic Scaligero Castle and its picturesque dockyard.



Next to the castle begins a splendid panoramic road along the crystal-clear waters of Lake Garda, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable moments. Cycling enthusiasts can explore the area on the scenic Lugana wine route, pedaling through the vineyards that characterize the region.



Immersed in a charming park, Sirmione’s thermal center is an oasis of relaxation, where the sulphurous waters, bubbling warm from the lake bed, provide a regenerating experience for body and mind.



Among the must-see attractions are Villa Callas, a historic residence hosting fascinating musical events, and the beautiful beaches of the peninsula, such as Lido delle Bionde and the iconic Jamaica Beach, true corners of paradise overlooking the lake.



The villa is located about 15 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.
