Finely furnished apartment in a residential complex with private access to the lake, in Sirmione.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, is accessible through the spacious garden furnished with a large table and some chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air during sunny days. The entrance opens onto the bright living room which features a dining table, a cabinet, a TV and a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed. The independent kitchen is equipped with all amenities, such as a kettle, a microwave, an american coffee machine and a washing machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a queen-size bed and a TV, while the second one is provided with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the lovely back garden which comes with two beach chairs, ideal for relaxing surrounded by the greenery. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.



Guests will benefit from facilities such as free wi-fi, independent heating for colder days and the air conditioning in the hallway to cool the whole apartment.

Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The train station is just 8 minutes walking distance from the apartment, while the airport is easily reachable by car in 30 minutes.
