The apartment welcomes guests with a large living room featuring big sofas (one of which can be converted into a double bed), a flat-screen Smart TV, and a small work desk. This room connects to the stunning dining area with an open-plan marble-and-wood kitchen, fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a counter with seating for snacks. A dining table with chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV complete the room. The living area also benefits from a convenient guest bathroom with sink and WC.



The property then continues with the sleeping area, consisting of four bedrooms with double beds, flat-screen TVs, and large wardrobes; three of them have a private en-suite bathroom, all with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; two of these bedrooms also feature a desk. The sleeping area is completed by a fourth bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.



The apartment layout also includes a private laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board, as well as a small storage room where bicycles can be parked or luggage can be stored.



To ensure a luxury experience, the outdoor area offers guests a beautiful private garden, two small private pools, and a large covered porch! Guests have comfortable sun loungers to relax on, a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, a lounge area with sofas, and a second kitchen under a gazebo, equipped with a barbecue for delicious grilled meals!



Guest comforts include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, and heating.



The apartment’s two private pools are available from May 1st to September 30th.

Guests also have access to a private garage for parking up to two cars.

The property is equipped with internal and external cameras and an alarm system, but these cannot be used and/or activated by guests.



Guests can request a baby cot and high chair for a small extra fee.

Pets are not allowed.



Extra cleaning during the stay, with linen/towel change, is available upon request and for an additional fee.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all the necessary instructions to access the property independently will be sent.

Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, payment of a tourist tax may be required; the amount varies according to local regulations.

The apartment is located just a short walk from the beach, the Port of Sirmione, and the Brema tennis courts.
