The apartment is located in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione, in a quiet residential complex with direct access to the beach in front of the complex. The fully air-conditioned apartment is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

On the first floor there is the bright living room with couch corner and dining table, balcony and a separate kitchen area with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. On this floor there is a double room with a wardrobe and TV as well as a children's room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and washing machine.

A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor with a sloping roof. Here you will find another double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet as well as a great living terrace with a barbecue area and refrigerator. Here you can enjoy great evenings and are well protected even in bad weather thanks to the roof. The terrace can either be completely opened or closed on all sides. There is a dining table, a sitting area and a kitchen area with a gas grill, sink, work surface and refrigerator. From here you can also see the lake.

The complex's pool is located directly on the lake and offers enough space and green space to relax to your heart's content.

You can park your car in the private garage of the apartment.

The lively center of Colombare di Sirmione is a 2-minute walk away. The beach is right in front of the building and is managed (pedal boat rental, bar, motor boat rental).
