Lower Level: 3 bedrooms (1 king & full, 1 queen, 1 full, twin in common area - queen and full are non-conforming bedrooms), 2nd kitchen, walkout to hot tub and lakeside yard.
Outdoor Living: Huge deck overlooking the lake, vast yard for games, two fire pits.
Private Docks: Two private docks with ample space for multiple boats.

Lake Access: Gentle, flat entrance into the lake with a sandy bottom, perfect for swimming. Public boat landing and on-property launch available.
Boating & Fishing: Enjoy boating, fishing (panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike), swimming, and lounging on Clear Lake (114 acres, max depth 55 feet). Skiing and tubing are popular; wakeboard boats not recommended.
Swimming: Private swimming area plus a public beach on the north end of the lake.
Fire Pits: Two lakeside fire pits (firewood not provided).
Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in the hot tub overlooking the lake.
